Gorgeous purple hued fairy lights just right for xmas mantle decoration. Sturdy copper wire a bit tangled considering it comes coiled in a box with a plastic battery container. Once straitened out it and lit up it exceeded expectations. especially at this price point.

Purchased Oct 2020 and still going strong
I bought 2 of these for car camping and they have come in handy multiple times. Iâm using them right now during a power outage to help light up my home without using up my candles. I realized Iâve had these for 3 years and they still work perfectly, so I was reminded to write a very delayed review.The size is small, the âbulbsâ are barely thicker than the copper wire so this may be a con depending on what youâre expecting. I actually prefer it because it helps make the product the size of the battery pack, which is already easily pocketable. The light emitted is very strong and not hindered by its size. The copper wire bends easily for securing and Iâve had no issues with fraying or anything breaking. When packing them away, I just gently wrap them around the battery pack and secure by bending the end. The wire can tangle easily but can be avoided by rolling it up carefully.The battery life has been impressive for my uses. I used them in a previous power outage that lasted days and didnât change the batteries on these. I did turn them off during the day and when I was about to sleep, so the battery lasted probably over 20hrs at least. I also put these up in my tent while camping or around the wooden shelter if there is one.So basically I highly recommend for emergency lighting. Not only will it illuminate your space but also give a cozy feeling to distract you from how terrible a power outage is.

Longer & brighter than I thought!
I was very pleased with how much I got for $7 in this pair of copper string lights. They put off quite a bit of light! They are easy to bend and place where you want them. I wanted to pin a line of light around the top edges of the back of my SUV with third row seating for a soft lighting. As it turned out, one string did the trick! One string went all the way around and was just the right shade for lighting. When I put two up, it was too bright. So I would imagine if you were using these to light up like a wedding tent or party room, they would supply a good, nice light to see by, but not so bright as to take the ambiance away.CONS:The plastic battery pack box is a little fragile – I broke the little plastic notch on one of mine because I pushed to hard trying to close it the wrong way (but it still worked with the other side in tact), and I see that other reviewers reported the same problem.Each line takes 3 AA batteries, not included, and I see that many reviewers complain of a short battery life. Some reported that if left on continuously, they will last 2-7 days. I cannot testify to battery life myself, as I don’t leave mine on for more than an hour or two at a time, but there were enough reviews on it that seemed worth mentioning.These have an ON/OFF switch, but no timer option.

The lights are nice and work great for my purposes. The only problem is switching it to the âoffâ position doesnât really work for me. Not sure if others have a different experience but I found this drains the battery a lot quicker since I canât reliably set it to the off position.
