Customer service is incredible!!
At first when I got the cameras and set them up, which was very easy BTW, I really liked the colored night vision and the overall picture is great.Then by week 2 the batteries were all going dead very fast. I’ve put them on the setting that I thought would be the best for saving batteries. I tried to get help through Amazon, they couldn’t do anything to help me. After i got ahold of their customer service and explained that i would like to try solar panels on my cameras, because they were draing rather quickly, which meant for me climbing up and down a ladder to charge them and back up and down the ladder. It was getting to be a bit much. I looked for solar panels for the kind i purchased and couldn’t find them anywhere. The person who i wrote and explained my situation said he would gladly send me a solar panelfor a different security camera that they sell to check and see if they would charge mine, which he did and the panels charged my kind of cameras, YAY! No more climbing the ladders!!I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and the great cameras. They work great, stay charged 100% of the time and most importantly, keep me feeling just that much more safe and secure. They really are very nice security cameras. I am very happy with the whole transaction and support after purchasing them, finding out i really needed solar panels, to getting solar panels up and running. Very easy to install the entire system.The app is great, very easy to understand and hook up security cameras to your Wi-Fi!!I would definitely urge anyone looking for a nice wireless set of security cameras to check these out, you will be very happy. Unbelievable product! Unbelievable price tag! Unbelievable seller!
I ordered 8pk (2 sets), for the cheap price that those cameras are marked, I didn’t expected much, but, it’s unbelievable how easy the set-up is, their app is fast and steady, reliable, I had many sets and known brands in the past years, Arlo, reolink, etc, none are perfect, but the price alone makes the difference! Those are sending notifications faster than my Arlo, when app is opened, the cameras wakes super fast, waiting time is not longer than 5 seconds on any of those 8, regardless of where are places and the distance from the router! Took me to mount them, set-up 8 cameras in the app, about 30 minutes, including climbing on ladder and angle pointing! As far as the seller…OH MY GOD! I had a small issue and seller reached me back after couple of hours, and everything was taken care of in no time. Fast shipping as well!!! I will definitely recommend those cameras to anyone, neighbors, family etc. Easy set up, and good quality at a fraction of the price of Arlo! Even better picture than Arlo! Batterie last depending of the settings you choose, les notifications longer the battery life between recharging, or, can be setup with constantly power with additional micro USB charging cables or solar panels, if you need those extra items, reach the seller and they will gladly help you getting what you need! I’m happy with batteries only, I don’t mind recharging them when needed.

Stared fine them later videos that I had asked for money and now they were all down Iâm getting ready to leave town was ready to pay scanned the cams and doesnât freaking work. I would save that money and buy other security cameras instead tried to talk w someone online wasnât really helpful be careful

Very noticeable
The picture does not show exactly how it looks due to the cameras features while being photographed. While I’m not looking for a hidden nanny cam, this camera has blue and red light on the front of it that come on when you open the app even if you don’t open the camera in the app for viewing the live feed. It also lights up while viewing the feed through the app. The app and camera is incredibly easy to use and setup. The 3 day free cloud is easy and perfect. The camera was fully charged upon arrival. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is just how much attention it draws from the light array likely made by the night vision or other features.

The app is fine, the image on the phone is good, but the camera does not start filming at the same time it detects motion. If it even captures the moment it captures the last second of it. Not great

Easy peasy. It took me longer to hang them around my property than to set them up. All three cams, 6min tops. There is some slight delay but you can manage. Security is better than no Security.
