Very happy customer
Honestly I have not used my crib since I had my baby. This bassinet is easy to roll around the house and my baby sleeps so well in it. Itâs a little pricier but I think itâs worth it. The size is perfect for near your bed and the sleep pad is pretty comfortable and not too thick where itâs a sleep hazard. The swinging motion is also great not too fast or not too slow. The music can be on or off which I really like it also has a white noise if you wanted that instead of the nursery jingles. The little storage at the bottom is something I use a lot. I have a newborn so I did add my own mobile because the one it comes with my baby isnât interested in yet because she sees in black and white but Iâm sure she will like it as she gets older.

Debated btwn this or Snoo for months
In the end it came down to customer service. Iâd been reading the Snoo service was terrible, so I went with this bassinet based on reviews and the fact I could return it without paying crazy fees and dealing with a big hassle. Iâm definitely NOT returning this.Love the adjustable height. I have it up to the max height for my husband and although the manual says not to, I have it clicked one setting lower on one side for my baby that has reflux. The rocking is gentle but effective. My 7 week old has been using this since 4 weeks and he sleeps almost 12 hours. I have to wake him up to eat and change diapers. Heâs really comfortable. I put him in drowsy but not asleep and use the rocking function for about 5 minutes until heâs asleep and then turn it off.I ordered the vavasoo mattress cover and sheets. The cover isnât necessary because the mattress is waterproof but it does add some comfort/padding and fits like a glove. The sheets are essential and fit perfectly. We swaddle him with a muslin blanket or Velcro swaddle inside and he seems to love that.I also like that you can have it as a standalone bassinet or strap it to the bed. The wheels make it easy to move room to room if needed.I spilled a little liquid vitamin on the side and it wiped up nicely considering how bad that stuff stains.Yes, the music sucks as other reviews state. We have our own sound machine anyway. The only button I push on the remote is rock and power to turn it off. This bassinet was a great, random find. Iâm so glad I didnât get a Snoo – this has every feature I wanted and more, looks great, is sturdy and I feel comfortable knowing if I have a problem I can contact the mfr or Amazon easily. Very happy.

Best bassinet, good music, good swing, reliable and sturdy
Sturdy, heavy duty, many capabilities as in it swings and has good music for my baby to listen to.Overall, good bassinet !At first it took my baby a few days to adjust and then afterwards she likes it a lot for both rhythmic move and good sound. I use their mattress and sheet for safety as well as put back the side opening at night for more safety/protection for my baby .

Super responsive seller
The Seller sent me a replacement part I needed super fast. Super responsive. The bassinet itself is nice and works exactly as described. It is a very gentle rocking.

Great bassinet with a few small flaws
I have been using this for my newborn for 3 weeks so far. Overall quite satisfied with it!What I especially like:- Rocking feature! This was the main reason I picked this bassinet originally (didn’t want to pay so much for a Snoo but wanted one that has automated rocking). It has 3 rocking speeds: what I’d consider Very Slow, Slow, and Medium-Slow. However the top speed (Medium-Slow) seems to be fast enough for my baby. It doesn’t “rock” in a conventional sense: The bassinet mattress simply moves back and forth from right to left without any tilt, so there’s no risk of the baby rolling around.- Height adjustable. I didn’t want a bassinet where I had to bend down to put the baby in and out. This bassinet allowed me to adjust it exactly the height that suited me.- Bedside co-sleeper mode: I generally don’t use this in co-sleeper mode, but I like that the functionality is there. It’s nice to open up the side of the bassinet when I want to (more on that later).- Sturdy. Doesn’t look like it could tip by mistake.- Has wheels but doesn’t roll around by itself on our carpet (not sure how this would be on wood floor)- Very roomy for baby (looks like it has tons of room for growth) but it’s not a huge piece of furnitureWhat I dislike / Could be improved:- The rocking/music functionality is only controlled via a remote. I don’t see any way to turn the rocking off without that remote (I can’t find any buttons on the bassinet itself), so I’m living in perpetual fear that the remote will get lost. Our best solution was to attach the remote to the bassinet with velcro and we try not to remove it.- The bassinet needs to be plugged in. The cord isn’t so long but we used an extension cord. It still means that we can’t roll the bassinet to another room without unplugging it first (and re-plugging in the other room if we want it to rock).- The side of the bassinet which opens (for co-sleeper mode) is a bit tricky to unlatch/latch. It took me a few tries to get the hang of it. I doubt I’d be awake enough to open and close it multiple times in the middle of the night. It’s easier to pick if you want it open or closed and stick with that most of the time.- Okay a small thing… but the visual appeal of the bassinet could be improved. This isn’t the type of bassinet that moms are going to fall in love with how it looks and how adorable it is and so on. It’s sturdy, functional, and isn’t ugly per se, but it’s also not a cute bassinet in my opinion.
