Awesome alternative
The gift that keeps on giving. I love the fact these are from bamboo which is an extraordinary, versatile and abundant grass that is far more efficient and sustainable to use rather than paper towels. It pays for itself repeatedly rather than constantly buying bleached butchered trees. Our forests are dying at an alarming rate folks and we need to divest from using them as much as possible, especially as paper towels and toilet paper. Bamboo is the far better alternative that can be grown in a fraction of the time- 4-6 months rather than 30 years for trees. Our planet is in dire need to saving, and keeping the trees in place is one measure to help sequester carbon that we need to desperately drawdown from the atmosphere as well as reduce biodiversity loss and retain moisture. Update 7/22/20These are still going strong! My one small complaint is that they shrink, so you have to manually stretch them back out :)But seriously, these are great!UPDATE 10/20/19The company got in touch with me and sent me a new roll which is AMAZING. I got it, used several and put it in the wash (because that was the problem the first time) and these washed and dried perfectly. I’m really happy with the new batch and I highly recommend.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I loved these on the first use. They were thicker than paper towels and felt good, absorbed well, etc. I collected them all, put them in a delicates bag and washed them with my whites.When I opened the washer, there were bits of white stuff all over the door, and as I pulled out the clothes to go into the dryer, I found the reason; the delicates bag opened and they shedded. Actually, it’s more like all the fuzz came off. They still are in full squares, but it’s just a thin framework with bits of bamboo cloth everywhere.It’s too bad because I really wanted to like these.

Loving so far – big, soft, absorbent, inexpensive, ecofriendly!
Still in week one of using these, but so far I’ve cleaned up several messes and rinsed them clean! Honestly I’m likely going to use them more like a big sponge or dish towel that I don’t care about and know can be composted later. They’re very soft and absorbent, much thicker than a paper towel. If you’re the sort that wants to compare to a big brand name paper towel (well, maybe just don’t?) then remember to keep in mind how many paper towels you’d usually grab. One of these bamboo cloths goes a long way.Will update after washing and more use!—–Dec 2024 update after a year+We still have about half of these still in use, the rest have been composted. They work fine, but once they get gross they’re disgusting. If they held their shape better during washing I would rate them 5, but they’re impossible to fold or use on a roll. They’re a little coarser and more absorbent than cotton/flannel ones, so I often prefer these for wiping down the counter.

Very impressive
Somehow I managed to get these for $3.99 per roll. I ordered two rolls. A few years back I quit buying paper towels, and instead simply use a rag or washcloth. Every once in a great while I would really wish I had a paper towel, so I bought a roll. Those lasted me about a year (or more). Eventually I saw these pop up on my feed and was intrigued. I realize they still go through a process, but I wanted to give them a shot because the instructions say they are washable. I must say, I’m very impressed with this product. I my experience, they have lived up to everything they said they would. There are still times I just want a piece of paper towel – such as when I’m wiping grease from a pan (I use a rubber spatula, but sometimes want to follow up with a paper towel). I wouldn’t want to use one of these wipes for that scenario as these are intended to be used several times before throwing away. Do I think you can get along without this type of product – yes. That said, I really like these so much better than regular paper towels.

These cloths are very absorbent and sturdy. However, I purchased them also because they were described as being “lint free.” Directly out of the package they have a very fuzzy texture to them with what I would call “loose fibers.” I am a mixed media artist and work with many art mediums. These cloths will work great with my watercolor painting to dab the excess water and pigment off of my brush, to clean my palette, and my work surface for all mediums. They, however, will NOT work as a cloth to apply my R&F (oil) Pigment Sticks or my PanPastels over the top of stencils, which was another big reason I purchased them. I am not disappointed that I purchased them, as they will cut down greatly on my paper towel usage if I only use them with my watercolor painting, but though they may not have lint, they certainly have loose fibers that did get into my oil pigments sticks. These loose fibers are just something to consider. Otherwise, I am very happy with this product

Durable, money saving, strong and soft
They are large sheets that come in handy for my 2 toddler boys big messes. I notice they are more absorbent when you run it under water and ring it out compared to using it dry. But it beats using multiple paper towels to clean up after their meals. I ordered this in December and only been using 3 sheets since received. I hand washed them after use and hang it to dry. I use them every day to either wipe down my kitchen counters, stove, appliances, toddler chairs/trays, and one for bathroom cleaning. My favorite thing is that I donât have to use 2-4 paper towels to clean spaghetti dinner off my 18 month olds hands and face. Iâve never noticed any left behind lint after use and it has not shredded or gotten any holes. I noticed some thinning areas but figured itâs due to normal use. Love this product and would definitely buy again and recommend to others.

I purchased this amazing bamboo reusable kitchen roll after hearing so much about it and itâs so reasonable considering itâs reusable too. The product itself is so so soft and itâs so absorbent. Usually if you spill liquid it takes 4-5 sheets of paper kitchen roll to mop it up but with this product you only use one. Itâs definitely better for the environment and our planet and I recommend anyone and everyone to use it. You wonât be disappointed.
