IT WORKS TO GET OUT THOSE UGLY RING STAINS!!
If a dirty toilet is left without a cleaning for long enough, it will develop a nasty stain. So, I was skeptical this would work at all. I tried every cleanser out there, but that ugly ring never went completely away. I’ve had professional house cleaners try but fail. Watched several YouTube videos for ideas, but no sure answer. One guy even posted a 20-30 minute video showing all the methods he tried, but he failed at solving his own problem (Why post a video, then!?). I heard about the pumice stone, but others told me it would scratch the porcelain and leave behind deep scruff marks. I thought they were right. However, desperation and not wanting to buy a new toilet (call me cheap) forced me to give it a try as a last resort. And, right before my eyes and each scrubbing motion, IT WORKED! It removed all traces of that nasty ring and did it without harming the porcelain! As you scrub, I noticed the stone wears down as it removes the corroded stain, kinda like chalk feels against concrete, and it leaves a residue like chalk does. It seems to have that perfect balance of abrasiveness and also give, to scrape away the stain where cleansers and a brush aren’t aggressive enough. I recommend pumice stone cleaning to everyone with a stubborn stain like mine. As an added note, I used lime away on the stain overnight then used the pumice stone in the morning. I don’t know if that was the right combination, but if it helps anyone, just mentioning it for full disclosure on what worked to get rid of my stubborn stain.

Hard Water Rings Gone
This was a winner for my hard water rings in the new toilet, Toilet is 2 years old, but looked like one bought in the ’60s! Nasty looking and looked like had never been cleaned, I was apprehensive since previously bought promised products did not work! The handle makes it easy and with a little “elbow grease”, it looks brand new again! This was easy and DOES NOT scratch!
