Great quality, ability to choose length
I already had resistance bands, but water a bar to use for weight training and golf exercises Iâve watched on YouTube. This bar works for my needs quite well. Itâs high quality, strong and sturdy. I like that I can alter lengths for different exercises. Also very convenient for taking on trips, but adds weight (I donât think Iâd fly with it). Iâd recommend this product and would buy again.

Great bar! bit heavy and slow adjustment
This bar is super easy to use and quite strong, albeit a bit heavy. Length is adjustable by taking the middle section out and screwing the two end sections together. I use it for back work mostly like pull downs and rows. I even put it between two dip bars and do suspended rows under it using my bodyweight. Super strong. Foam is a good thickness, not too chunky to grip. Minimal noise from the pivot points during use which is a plus. I just want it to be a bit easier to lengthen or shorten quickly during a workout, you kinda just have to determine if you want it long or short pre workout as adjustment on the fly isn’t fast.

Simple But Effective
I use this bar almost every day with my stretch bands connected to the ends. There are numerous effective stretches, particularly for golf, that I can get using this bar and the bands. I especially like the padded handle. It will last a long time and is a great addition for my home gym.

Very well built
I think this is a very good value. It is built very well. I have not used it very long so I cannot speak to its durability, but it seems very well made. I use it daily but only with relatively low resistance bands at this time. One irritant is that the foam padding, though very thick and comfortable, is not where I typically place my hands to use the bar! There is a gap in the foam handles at that point. I think I will try to move the foam but I believe it is glued in place. Anyway, I would buy this again.

Sturdy Spreader Bar
This exercise bar is great! But it was totally useless to me because I received two male thread ends and because of this I could not assemble it completely. There is supposed to be a female end, male end, and a male/female center section. I got a refund and will be ordering another so hopefully they don’t screw it up again.I was planning to use this bar for bondage play and it seems very sturdy and heavy and the intimidation factor is great. The swivel ends are nice and well constructed. I like the firm foam padding too because it adds a bit of cushion in case the giver accidentally steps on or kneels down on top of the bar so it’s less painful. I wish there was a way to add additional fastening points near the middle where hands could be locked to, but that may just require a little DIY drilling and tapping some threads for eye bolts.

Like others mentioned, it’s quite sturdy. I think some other brands give a measurement of the strength which made this less appealing but don’t be fooled. This bands is incredibly sturdy and you can even slap 1″ plates at the adjustment points to overlap tension curves of iron and resistance bands! I was able to fit 40 pounds on the bar without interfering with my hands.

I lift but my gym is in my airbnb so sometimes I want to get workouts in while it’s occupied. This bar added so much to what I can do in my bedroom and can’t lie I’ll be taking it and some resistance bands on any/all trips I go on in the future. You can feel the build quality in your hands when you’re using it. I looked at some others of similar design that were only marginally cheaper and am really glad I went for this one based on the solid reviews. And now I’m writing a solid review. Very happy.

Edit: Started using the bar they sent me for deadlifts and it bent on day 2. They have sent me a replacement which is working well at lower weights.
