Functions poorly; very disappointed
I was very disappointed using this product for the first time this morning. Upon using, I found that the new trimmer was struggling to trim my facial hair that is not very thick to begin with. I had previously purchased a Remington trimmer in the past, and used it for many years before the battery started to die. Being very satisfied with my previous experience with Remington products, I decided to purchase a new trimmer from the same brand. Unfortunately, it appears quality has deteriorated over the years. The trimmer, which I had charged two days in advance to ensure a full battery, seemed weaker than my old trimmer that had recently begun to die. Trimming my facial hair was an arduous task, as the product sounded like it was really struggling to get the job done, and I had to make several passes before I was able to get a remotely even trim. The effort I had to put in to get this product to work was not worth the end result or the price I paid. Once again, I am extremely surprised with the inferior product I received as I have been extremely happy with previous Remington purchases. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere as I will have to spend additional money for another trimmer.
TLDR: Either the blades of this product are extremely dull or I was sent a product with an already dying battery. The product really struggled to get the job done on my first use despite two days of charging.

Weak blade. Get what you pay for.
It has been meeting my needs mostly, but it definitely leaves a bit to be desired.
Itâs a rechargeable unit and just doesnât have much power even while plugged in directly. It almost always feels like itâs just on the brink of dying.
For the price I donât feel upset over it or the need to return it, but I would keep these factors in mind. If you have a very thick beard I would not recommend this unit even on a budget.

I haven’t used this thing a ton, and only charged it probably twice. the battery substantially held less charge after I first had to recharge it, and now after the most recent recharge it only lasts maybe ten seconds. I would not pay even five dollars for this. I gave two stars because it felt nice when it was working, and I have to assume that it hasn’t been this terrible for everyone. but I really can’t do better than that when it died so easily.
