Easy set up, quality tag.
I got this tag for our German Shepherd who is my husband’s ESA. We’ve had issues in the past adjusting the information for her microchip, so I thought this would be a nice backup option. I appreciate that the product lets you differentiate between ESA and Service Animal, as there is a very BIG difference between the two. The tag is pretty large and has a thick silicone silencer around it. It comes with a jump ring to add to your dog’s collar, and like all jump rings and dog collars they’re a pain to put on. I highly recommend using a staple remover to help you. Anyway, setting up the QR code is fairly easy to those who are relatively tech savvy. After downloading the app you’re able to scan the code and add your pet’s profile/information. The basic service is completely free and it includes what you’d hope for in a tag that’s supposed to help get your pet home to you quickly. The premium has a couple extra perks that for my case aren’t necessary but I could see them being very helpful to someone else, especially if their dog has medical issues. One perk of the premium plan is the ability to add multiple owners and phone numbers. The basic plan allows you to add only one phone number/owner.After setting up our dog’s profile and then updating my own contact information in the app, I had my husband scan the code with his phone and it pulled up the website with our dog’s information right away and gave the option to give his gps location and to “Contact the owner”.Very grateful for this added peace of mind in case we get separated from our dog. I highly recommend it.

I liked the idea of being able to locate my dog if lost. The registration process was a breeze. Iâm not sure if the tag can be scanned now as my dog chewed the outer rim off. The stainless steel is showing around the edges.

Not what you think it is
Thought I was getting tags that I could register as a emotional support dog the registry is just for dog location like the chips that mine already have. ðvery miss leading

Looks legit and works!
We got this for our emotional support animal. We weren’t sure what to expect but saves us alot of money at hotels. Some hotels charge $75 or more if you have a dog traveling as your pet….tell them you have a support animal and fee is waived.
