Spectacularly good
Some are complaining this is too large. I have a very small head, as an adult I sometimes can wear junior swim googles and bicycle helmets. My hat size is 6 3/4″ or 56cm, which is small adult or large youth. This balaclava fit me perfectly. So, either the sizing on this varies, or the people complaining it’s too large have smaller heads than me.Things that are great about this:- Fit. I can wear it with the eye port exposing just my eyes, or I can pull it down under my chin to expose the front of my face. I have two other balaclavas, one is tight enough that I cannot pull the port down under my chin, and the other is loose enough that it will not fit closely when I want to expose only my eyes.- Thickness. This would be the thickness of an activewear t-shirt. Which is pretty thin but not super thin. It fits under my full-face bicycle helmet very well.- Warmth. Good enough in windy 40 degree weather. The loose balaclava I have that is thicker will work for colder weather, but after using this one my actual preference would be to get a second one of these and layer it. It would fit better and probably still be thinner and thus better suited for helmet usage.- Transpiration. I had zero issues with sweat getting into my eyes.

Great under helmet, nice & plentiful material thin which turns out to be PERFECT FOR COMFORT, MOTO HELMET SKI HELMET..nice & warm without pressure or tight feeling on head, no itch either!

If tight is good!
Good camo coloring. Good stitching. Itâs tight on my big head! If you donât mind it tight on your face then itâs a great deal. If you want it loose, look else where.

Super comfortable!
Lightweight very stretchy and super cozy. Not hot. If you just want a barrier between your noggin and anything else this is the way to go! I pulled it down beneath my chin but itâs still not restricting. I also wear glasses and the eye hole is plenty wide for them to fit through. Iâm a female and have a smaller head but itâs plenty stretchy for a bigger head.

Worth it for the price
I needed this last minute to wear under a costume and it did not disappoint! The shipping was very fast(I got it by the next day) and the balaclava is comfortable! It’s not too thick but not too thin either! And if you have a bigger head don’t fret! I have a larger head and it fits really well and is even a bit loose! Definitely will have to buy more in the future!

Helpful, yes, but not a game changer.
Bought for use underneath motorcycle helmet for warmth and wind protection in winter riding temperatures 40s and 50s degrees F.The material is very thin and provides no noticeable warmth for your skull. If you’re expecting warmth like a hoodie or a basic knit beanie, you will be disappointed. However, it does cover your neck and does help block wind that comes in under the chin of your full face helmet. This is NOT a substitute for having a jacket/coat that zips up high to cover your neck. Nor does it compensate for having a half or open face helmet that leaves your face completely exposed. It mainly helps with the draft that enters the helmet through the helmet’s regular air vents, though, and keeps that cold air off your face. Had to pull it down to just under my nose, though, or else it redirects my own breath back up through the little gap where the fabric spans from my nose to my cheeks. That exhaled and redirected breath fogs up my helmet’s visor. For the low cost, it’s a decent “little something extra” under a helmet, but it’s nowhere near a primary warmth and wind protection garment.

Great for biking
Not bulky under biking helmet, keeps my ears protected from wind. Soft fabric. Very happy.
