Great Taste, Great Hydration
These Prime drinks are very tasty and have very little sugar. I usually like mixing one of these with water into my Camelbak for a bit more hydration and taste than water by itself. I find that my body responds to a drink like these better than it does to water by itself so I typically like working out with these drinks. Great taste and performance.

But I also care about what works. Here is a comparison.TastePRIME is non carbonated, has a really good upfront taste and a meh aftertaste.FITAID is lightly carbonated and tastes more mature, but is also delicious. Has a better aftertaste than prime.IngredientsBoth have the normal Vitamins and are fairly similar. Here’s what’s different and why you should or shouldn’t care.PRIME – Based on coconut water which is great for natural hydration, has BCAAs which is great for workouts, but also has Sucralose which isn’t the best sweetener out there but in total is 2g of sugar which is awesome.FITAID – Based on Green Tea which is natural (but also has 45mg of caffeine so just a tiny extra boost there) has BCAAs which is great for workouts, Uses Agave/Stevia which is a natural sweetener but in total is 7g of sugar. Love PRIME drinks & flavors. Switched to this from regular Pepsi. My husband and I are diabetic and he gets bored with his drinks quickly. I hope is A1C is lower in 6 months. Orange is his favorite but it seems really hard to get/reorder. I don’t know if it’s a new flavor. It’s not sold at Walmart or any store. But it tastes like Orange cool-aid. Same as the purple Prime. Grape cool-aid. We have never had a Prime Drink keep it up Prime!

I have Crohn’s Disease and it’s hard for me to stay hydrated and to keep all of the electrolytes in that I need. I have been on Gatorade for years but always hated the high sugar content. I discovered this last month in a local grocery store when it was on sale. I love it! Low sugar and tastes like a fruit smoothie! The only downside to this is the cost. I wish it was at least 5-8$ cheaper. That being said, I’m going to be ordering a lot next month. Being on disability leaves me with a very limited income, but the foods and drinks I need the most are quite expensive. Still, this is worth it! I gave it only 4 stars and 4 stars on value due to the high cost. If it was cheaper, I’d give it a full 5 stars – easily!

It is impossible to find the Lemonade flavor in any oval store. So I order several from Amazon. I know they will be there. Doesnât taste anything like the IV in a bottle. I dehydrate easily. So I drink at least one or two a day.
