Great Pans!
I purchased these to replace a mix set of older pans. I really liked the non-stick surface. I was looking for a set that advertised a non-stick coating that did not include toxic PFAS type chemicals (Teflon). The pans use a ceramic coating that looks fairly durable. So far these have been cleaning up very nicely. The heat up fairly evenly and look nice. The insulating silicone handles on the pans are nice for picking the pans up if they have been used on a high flame. My only small negative comments are that the handles on the lids and the pan handles are a little larger than I like, as it takes more space in storage.
