Not going back to commercial sponges!
I really love this product! We’ve been looking for ways to reduce waste and minimize use of products with plastics. These all-natural sponges are the way to go! I’ve found them to be as sturdy, or even more sturdy than regular commercial options. The spongy part wipes and cleans well and the scrubby part is just as effective as synthetic scrubbers. BTW — the life of any sponge can be extended by following a few simple steps: 1) rinse with warm water after use, 2) squeeze thoroughly (2 or 3 good squeezes), and 3) prop up on its side, so that the least amount of the sponge is touching the counter or other surface. This allows the sponge to dry out before the next use, and prevents the growth of mold and bacteria. The sponge stays fresher longer, and you won’t have to replace them as often. All sponges wear out in time, but I’ll rest easier knowing that these ones are biodegradable and won’t live in a landfill for the next millennium.

This sponge item is – my opinion – surprisingly amazing because the bright white sponge side remains bright white even after many uses ð³ and the scrubbing side does a good job! You get more than enough (to sink a battleship) in a package!!!

I loved all the environmental features. Have tried several earth-friendly brands before and all were a disappointment. Now I have finally found a truly good plant-based sponge! I mistook this sponge for another I tried because apparently âZeroWastely Plant-Based Spongesâ are no longer carried. So it wasnât in my order history. I sure hope Amazon lets me edit my bad review since I was writing about another sponge that fell apart in less than a week while advertising itself as âBiult to Last.â These sponges do last. ðâ»ï¸ð

Claims to be odor free – this sponge stinks way sooner than the average sponge. Doesn’t seem to be anti-microbial as marketed. The reviews say otherwise so I bought these and don’t understand how no one else have issues with these.
