Found the clamp awkward to use. Clamp was too small to fit large stand posts, too big to fit skinny cymbal or mic stands. Ultimately returned it for another option that had a wider range of post compatibility. Otherwise, held a 12″ tablet just fine if you had the right bar size to mount it.

Excellent tablet holder
This tablet holder works like a charm. It is well made and easily secured my tablet to my microphone stand and it is easy to adjust for different sizes and angles. The only down side is you cannot use it in portrait unless you have very small tablet. For my music, I always use it in landscape so no issues.

Simple to setup and use. The clamp that would hold it to a mic stand is really easy to use. Tighten up everything, and position accordingly. I already know I will be getting at least 1 more of these. Highly recommend. I think tab a9+ is 11 inches, and it holds it sideways, but it is very sturdy and holds it tight so you can turn it upright and it won’t slip out of the grasp.

Changing my original very negative review. If you loosen the main clamp too far it’s nearly impossible to get it back in. Eventually I was able to get the clamp back together. So it works ok, but it’s all plastic and cheaply made. Does the job, but I want something that is more solidly built. I use this one as a backup spare now. For my main tablet holder went with a Hercules Tablet holder for $20 more and that one is much more sturdier.
