Pretty Nice Tablet Stand
This is a pretty nice table stand for the price. I got it because a play guitar and sometimes need to have lyrics and/or tabs up on my tablet while I’m playing. The unit arrive well-packaged and assembly was easy. At first I thought it didn’t come with assembly instructions but they are printed on the back of the box. It comes with a rubber pad to stick on the bottom, which helps offset a screw head that they’ve used to attach the pole holder. The poles screw together easy but they aren’t adjustable (only the mechanical arm part is).The unit also comes with a desk clamp if you don’t want to use the stand part, but I don’t plan on using it that way. The clamp looks sufficient for that purpose though.The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the base isn’t quite THAT heavy. Once you get the table more than a foot or so out in front of the base, it can tip very easy. This isn’t a huge issue for my use case but you should consider it if you need something that can extend out far. Oher than that, it’s a pretty good stand.

No instructions, but decent quality
The base itself, the square metal and the 2 rods are pretty nice made. It does not come with instructions, shouldn’t be an issue to put it together, but the internal rod was move all the way down so it was covering the thread, and I was little lost on how to put it together until I figure that out.The “arm” part is just like ikea 5 U$ desktop lamp. its ok. but it feels that is on the edge of the weight capacity. You need to tight the knobs very hard so it stays in place.The adapter to mount it to the cable is well (metal) made too. Sadly my desk is too thick and that adapter didnt work. but just using the stand.This is great when I’m playing music, to hold the tablet to read the scores

Super stable, hold the my tablet (or kindle) great, and works better than a gooseneck for in-bed usage. I like this a lot and it folds up nice and small to tuck in a corner when not in use.

I got this hoping I’d be able to use it with my own accessories, but unfortunately the head of the unit only attaches to the provided tablet holder which is kind of a bummer. In basic usage, I found that it was a little bit finicky at times trying to get it to lock position, and I’m kind of skeptical at how cheap the tablet holder itself was. The stand assembly is all metal however, and appeared to be of decent construction.
