Great price and the reformer moves smoothly.
I spent a large amount of money monthly at the Pilates Club. This reformer is smooth, easy to put together, and is well worth the money. In the long run the savings will be well worth it. I was attending Pilates classes 5 times a week so this reformer will pay for it self within a couple of weeks.The tension is right and it is comfortable. I am 5â7â and I was worried about the length. It is long enough and can be adjusted for your height. At the Pilates Club I would have to gear out on reformer.It is also well built and done not wobble. It does what it is supposed to to do.It does fold up but it is very hard to move around, as it is heavy. I am 5â7â and 135 pounds, I lift weights and workout daily. I needed the help of my husband to put top piece on. I also built it in my living room which was a mistake, as it is not made to be moved around. It took the two of use to get it into the workout room. I would recommend having a place for it in which it does not need to be moved. I will not be folding it up daily unless I need to move it to clean under it.

Decent Pilates Reformer
It arrived in 2 boxes via FedEx. Took about 3 hours to put together. The Amazon video doesn’t really match the instructions in the box. The reformer is sturdy but there are some parts with minor dents and scratches. Not enough to go through the hassle of returning. One frustrating issue was one of the holes for the screws was not drilled all the way through, so I had use the screw to “drill” it through, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to complete the installation and that would have been a major hassle to return after spending 2 hours getting that far. Once everything was done, I tried it out and the carriage moved smoothly, no bumpy movements. Definitely not the quality of an expensive reformer in a studio, but pretty good and comfortable for the price point. I will try to post an update in 3 months on the durability.

I would give it 4.5 stars. This product seems to be very good quality for the price. But some pieces are a little wonky warped or not drilled perfectly so there was some adjustment needed or itâs not square. This hasnât affected the overall function of the product. It was easy to assemble. It did come in two boxes and one box was later than the other so at first one it arrived. I thought it was missing pieces however, the second box did arrive promptly and all the pieces were there and I did contact the seller and they contacted me back within 24 hours with the prompt response and the FedEx tracking for the second box, so far so good. Iâve done one out on it and it was nice. Itâs a little lower to the ground than some of the more traditional styles but for me that works out well especially with the folding and storage.

Disappointed with Quality
The product is poorly constructed and does not meet quality expectations. The product arrived with damaged packaging. The box was torn and dented, with insufficient internal protection, resulting in scratches and minor deformities on the product. The poor packaging failed to protect the item during shipping. Combined with the product’s quality not meeting expectations, I am requesting a return.

Wanted to love it butâ¦
I was so happy today when I received my reformer!! I am unpacked every piece and laid them all out and got ready to put it together and realize that the frame was cracked. Itâs no use to anybody as it is and now I have to pack it all up and somehow bring it somewhere where I can return it. Itâs very heavy. This will take me some time to find help to do this and is very frustrating.

Met my expectations
Arrived so quickly, and I set it up immediately with my son. It was super easy to assemble. Everything works smooth and comfortable. I wish the jump board was a little taller but other than that I am so happy to have my own pilates reformer! And I think I got a great value for my money⦠I knew I wanted a wooden base and real resistance springs and I got that with this reformer. Also should note that this being a folding reformer, I donât notice it at all while performing exercises.

It is a functional Reformer
The customer service for this product is exceptional, they respond on time and are willing to help in any way they can. The reformer itself is very well built, it is smooth while in use and solid, and esy to put away. It is also a bit heavy, I use help when I need to place it in a folded position.I do have one sugestion for the engineers who built this, there is a gap between the shoulder blocks and the pad you lie on, and this makes it difficult to complete some of the excercises that are common on other machines. If I could have I would have moved the pad all the way back to the shoulder blocks, but this can’t be done.
