How hard can it be, right? Thatâs what I said. This comes with 3 levels of resistance bands (2 each) two ankle straps, the three bar pieces that you screw together, the foot loops that are adjustable a workout instruction diagram and some other strap with a round piece on the end that I have no idea what itâs for.The bar and the straps are solid and seem very well made, but the use instructions need refinement.
