Makes Working Out Fun!
I usually only work out at the gym because of the access to weights and machines. But recently I had to switch to at home workouts and I found this bar. Putting it together was simple and came out to the perfect length and even height when adding the resistance bands. I love how you can change how long the bands are. It is good quality nothing has broken. You can do so many different workouts with this bar. You can even use the doorway! Killer workout, great performance, and an even better value!

Hurts a lot on my neck even days after but other than that it’s a decent workout, I don’t expect this to last much longer giving it’s already starting to strip at the screws. BUY WITH LITTLE EXPECTATIONS!!!!

Bar sections have low or missing threads
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to explore the rest of this set as I cannot put the bar together. On all sections, the threads are much less defined than in the images, and for one, they are missing entirely; the piece slides in but has no way to grip and hold. In addition, the foam covering is cut wrong and angled so that the metal bar shows when the sections are connected. I will be returning and trying another company.

Have been using cheap pilates bars from temu but they kept breaking after a few months so thought I’d go for a better quality one.This one is awesome! The resistance is strong do maybe not for beginners. I used for 30 mins today and my muscles really ache. Wish I’d bought it sooner.So easy to use, just clip on the bands at whatever length you need, I do it mid exercise when I’m changing positions, so quick and easy & not at all fiddly to do. Even has some instructions and exercises to do!I rarely write reviews but this is awesome, I got it on offer in the black Friday sale but honestly I would have paid full price for it!
