Disappointed in the portable charger
Purchase this item and only used it 4 times at most it will not charge , just a green solid light on and the solar never did work . Anyone have any ideas of how to get the charger to take charge? I donât see a reset .

The unit charge fairly quickly using solar power, the thing I liked was it will the same using USB plug. The flash light is nice and bright. It will come in handy during the storm. Hopefully it will hold a charge when needed. My brother ordered same one and he recommended I get one.

I wanted to loved this item.. it powers my small fan, speaker and wireless headphones but it doesn’t charge my cell phone. It doesn’t work even on direct sun. Which is the only reason I bought it. Not sure why that is.

I received the 36800mAh by mistake lol. I wanted the 20000mAh because I was traveling to Australia and security get goofy with anything over 27000 so I took it with me without knowing. It went through without a problem so ð¤·ð»ââï¸. So itâs pretty nice having that extra juice. Itâs much more compact than I was expecting. The duel USBs at a plus. Solar takes a looooong time to charge but if itâs fully usb charged then itâll maintain it pretty well. Takes a while to charge that way too but itâs a lot of power. Iâd definitely buy this product through this seller again. (The compass and carabiner for your backpack are a nifty touch too.)

This product has not worked for me once aside from testing the flashlight feature. I leave it in the dash of my car during work, with the ac on while I make sales calls for stores. It will blink the lights as if it’s charging, but not once has it ever successfully charged a phone or device, no matter how long it’s been exposed to the sun. I’ve never seen it achieve more than one or two of the green lights to signify the charge bank is full or being filled. I’ve swapped cords and reach port with no change. My devices don’t even recognize that anything has been plugged up when I connect them. I know the cords work bc they work fine in my other ports and blocks. I really wish I’d saved the box and that I would’ve given up on hoping it would eventually reach whatever capacity it required to successfully charge a phone prior to 30 days, bc I’d really like my money back. I suggest going with a reputable brand, like that stealth angel one. Costs a bit more but actually works effectively.

Works but not as advertised
Got this charger to use after hurricane milton rolls thru, the advertisement in the page says it’s a fast charger, it does not. Fully charged the battery with an outlet then plugged in my phone at 50% my phone told me it would be 3 hours for a full charge. Again will work for emergency but not as advertised

Pathetic piece of a product. Travelled with it for a trek besides the indicator blinking nothing worked. It charged only when u connect to a direct source of electricity. Amazon you should verify the product before you sell. I charged the bank for three in direct sunlight on a trek and still dint store any charge. Its a useless product.
