DECENT CAT SCRATCHER . . . .
First off, ignore the TINY paper directions that are included with this scratcher. Theyâre very hard to see, so I recommend watching the video on this listing to make it easier. Secondly, it helps if you have a second person to hold the pieces in place so the other one can screw it together. Doing it alone might result in the pieces not lining up properly.The two wooden pieces that âpuzzleâ together are a little weak once the entire thing is put together. It can turned in several different directions to keep the cats interested. We have 4 cats and so far, 3 of them showed interest in it. They all prefer vertical scratchers so Iâm hoping theyâll like this one.

I was replacing the cat scratching box that my cats have destroyed and they each take turns sitting protectively under this one. They font pass it up without having to rub up against it or sharpen their nails a bit.

Disappointing Quality â Not Worth the Money!
I had high hopes for this 3-in-1 vertical cat scratcher, but it turned out to be a disappointment. First, the assembly instructions were vague and difficult to follow, which made putting it together frustrating. When I finally figured it out, I noticed the faux wood was incredibly cheap and started chipping as soon as I tried interlocking the pieces. I wouldnât recommend this productâit just isnât worth the money.

Our cats really like this – watched video to put together
I got this for our 3 kitties as they are always using the scratching boards and posts. They watched as their daddy put it together as they really wanted to scratch the boards and play with the ball.I wasn’t able to follow the included paper instructions, but their daddy watched the video and put it together in minutes. Once together, our cats were all over it. I wish the scratch boards were marked on the sides with their designated number or whatever in order to put it together.The boards line up fairly well but not perfectly. They stay together so this isn’t a deal breaker. I am wondering if the scratching boards will be sold separately at a decent price in order to replace once my cats scratch through them. I hope so as my cats seem to like the design.
