Works perfect. Super easy to use.
Got this to make sure my cat was fed over a long weekend away and thought it would just be used for when we needed to be away overnight but we actually use it everyday. It’s great to break up the meals over the day into smaller portions. Also solves the problem of the cat getting over fed because 3 different family members feed him. 𤣠It has a helpful light when the feeder is getting low. Easy to clean. Would definitely recommend.

works exactly as intended! it takes a bit to learn out how to set up the times to feed but once you figure it out its great. Ive got a very busy and irregular schedule so this is a great solution to make sure my little evil boy gets fed regularly. it has also stopped him from waking me up at random times during the night asking for food because it can dispense a small amount of food throughout the night for when he gets the munchies.
portion sizes are pretty small even for a regular cat so unless you want to give them a little snack more than 1 portion sizes is probably needed.

Works, simple setup, lots of plastic packaging
I bought two, for each of my cats, one weird thing I noticed is that over three weeks the clocks in each have drifted by 3 minutes between them, so one cat is waiting while the other is eating. Every week I have to update the clock so they’re “the same time” but they keep drifting (one speeding up and the other is slowing down). Very odd.
Regardless the portions are fairly accurate and they have worked so far without problems, they have an LED that shows when the food is low and I appreciate that since it is something I can look at in passing.
My only gripe is that every single item in the package had some sort of plastic wrapper, it seems very unnecessary and wasteful.
Otherwise, for the price, I am fairly happy with these, slightly annoyed at the clock drifting and the amount of unnecessary plastic in the packaging.

Great Compact & Easy To Use Automatic Feeder
We had two larger feeders, one of which was a two-bowl feeder that we used with a brother & sister bonded pair while they were young. As they got older, they grew to dislike eating right next to each other (the sister is a bit of an aggressive eater), so we needed to get a new feeder for her. We tried one of these out, and loved it so much we bought two more.
They’re very compact in size, but fairly stable. They’re also much better at stopping our aggressive eater from trying to sneak food, as with the old ones she could paw up the shoot and get some kibble to drop out. These feeders do not keep food in every chamber (every other, 3 out of 6 chambers) so she can’t get food to drop down in between feedings.
They were very easy to clean and set up. We are trying them with batteries to test the longevity (the description claims up to 180 days), because it’s nice that we can move them if needed during company or set them up in locations without needing an outlet.
The price is awesome, and these feeders are a perfect solution for us. I highly recommend giving these a try. If longevity on battery life ends up being a problem, they still come with a proper USB Cable & Block for operation plugged in without batteries. One thing the instructions don’t clearly state is if batteries are installed while it’s plugged in via the USB if the batteries are only used as backup…I wish that was outlined in the directions as it just describes each individual method of powering the unit. Overall, though, you can’t beat the product at this price range. Our other feeders were $80 and $120 each and these are much better quality and easier to use.
Update: After 1 month of use, the only con I have with these feeders is their time software is extremely off. Three times I have reset the Clocks on all three units, right next to each other on the counter, and they initially go off exactly at the the same time. After a week or so, they’re all off by almost a minute, going off 30-60 seconds out of sync. I wouldn’t reduce my initial rating, and the issue doesn’t even matter if you only have one unit.

Cord doesn’t work properly
Works well, simple program once you figure it out, and easy to clean. However, two issues. One, the potions are indeed a little inconsistent and don’t match the portioning. The instructions had me overfeeding. I do two portions twice a day to equal a half cup of food.
Two, the cord I received with the product had a kink in it, seems like, because it has to be in a certain position to work. After missing a couple meals I went ahead and bought batteries.
