Works well, outdoor cats happy
Installed in a weather proof house I made for our outdoor loving cat and works perfectly, not overly hot but plenty warm and no thermostat to be bothered with… steady heat and draws only 20 watts. No idea why these Chinese companies do not list the power consumption

Small pet warming pad
The pad is the perfect size for a cat. It has a dark brown removable washable cloth cover. The pad is water proof and is well made, so a cat can’t claw or damage it by chewing on it. Stays at 100 degrees F/ 78 degrees C, doesn’t get too hot and stay on when plugged in . The cat loves it.

Understand that you don’t want it to get too hot so that it doesn’t burn your animals, but I find it doesn’t really get that warm. Can’t tell much of a difference.
