Fine quality of stainless steel pieces.
The dimensions of the two joint pieces and the fit are dead on the ledge of my new stove. The two strips are sturdy and made of fine stainless steel. With the stick-on magnetic strips provided, they sit stably enough with all the condiments on the ledge. If not for the slight “rocking motion” generated when you bump the front of them, I’d have given 5 stars.I would not put anything that is in a plastic container on them, because of the proximity to the stove top. Even glass containers of oil, vinegar or cooking wine should not be sitting on them, for safety purposes.With all the daily cooking needs and condiments on hand, it saves me time to reach for them in the cabinets.

Good if you need an extra shelf space
I like that you can put this on top of your stove to add space. My stove is plastic on top not metal and this comes with 4 stickable magnets so I put 2 on my stove and 2 on the shelf to connect the shelf to stove. The 2 shelve pieces slide into each other to make 1 adjustable shelf where you set the length. I would like the pieces to fit together snuggly but they don’t. Overall this will work for a little extra space.

Really nice adjustable shelf for back of stove! **Not for stoves with a switch up there**
Recommend as long as you realize that it is only for stoves with no switches/buttons on the top/back ledge of yours. I really like the quality of stainless steel, adjustability for the width of my stove and has the back lip to prevent things from falling into the 2″ chasm behind my stove. Not super thrilled with having the small overlap of one over the other, but that is to be expected for something adjustable.I had been looking to make or buy a shelf and came across this and thought I’d give it a try. The magnets are more than adequate to the task of keeping it in place. A caveat and something I knew before I ordered it is that there is no hole to accommodate any switch like mine has for the oven light (I don’t see how they could since every stove is different with that respect). I modified mine and am really happy with it!

Sleek, heavy duty stainless steel shelves
These stove shelves are a lot thicker and sturdier than expected, much better quality than anticipated. The two sections connect together so you can slide one half toward the other if theyâre too long, which is great. Thereâs actually a slight slope from front to back so your spices are less likely to fall off. They look great on a stainless steel range, too. I like that they also have screw holes in case you want to install them differently than using the included magnetic patches. These are very thoughtfully designed and extremely well made. And since theyâre stainless steel they are very easy to clean. Extremely impressed by these, would highly recommend.

A great little shelf!
Looks great, but I had to turn it around to make it more stable (my stove has an angle to it. It hasn’t moved at all and nothing has fallen off thanks to the magnetic strips provided. The stainless material is really easy to clean and it performs exactly as I’d hoped, however, the current retail price ($20) feels a bit pricey for the materials used.

The magnets come separate and are easy to apply. Looks nice on top of stove. Kind od wish it came in black but the silver is fine. Handy spot for salt and pepper. Now I won’t worry about my knives falling benind the stove.

Stove Top Shelves Look Good
These shelves look good and provide a perfect place to keep a baguette out of your dogâs reach. Test your stove top for magnetism. Ours doesnât have any, so I just have the shelf sitting on the top of the stove back. I donât want to drill holes in the wall for it, so I hope it stays put. Perhaps, some command strips would do the job. I like the stainless steel look too. It blends in well.
