A must!
I travel a lot for work. And with 14-18hr flights dehydration is real. These work great and I can carry them with me on the go. Plus they work really well for hangovers. Love the flavors although I which they sold each flavor individually. Would love nothing but the blue flavor as itâs the better of the two in my opinion.

It tastes like orange drink & when itâs good & cold is quite refreshing, particularly when overheated & needing hydration. It doesnât leave a bad aftertaste like the liquid Pedialyte flavors do.Itâs portable, in a sturdy pkg, easily reconstitutedâexcept if the ratio of powder to water is heavier on the powder side, for then undissolved powder will remain (due to not enough water molecules to bind with).A note: this is an extra strength version, geared toward those who have a greater need for electrolytes, which include sugar & salt. I donât. I buy this version because it is the only way I can get the orange flavor that I can tolerate more than the chemical-flavored others & actually like.That being said, using it as directed, it is way too sweet! And has way too mich salt for my diet, or anyoneâs diet when totaled at the end of the day.What I do is divide it roughly in thirds (using my fingers to pinch off the pkg at the level I want for a 12oz coffee mugâs worth of water). I find that to be sweet enough.Using my fingers to pinch it off doesnât always work & too much might escape, so figuring out your ideal amt & using a measuring spoon would be better & Iâll have to do that! ;-)I fold the top over a couple times & use a clothes pin to hold it closed after I use some.

Saved my life
First, I love the taste. But, (really big but!) it has to be ice cold. I drink around 4 glasses of this a day and have officially replaced it in lieu of my diet cokes. Now to the life saving part. I suffer from IBS-C+D and esophagitis, and at first no doctor could determine why I was getting so sick all the time. I stopped eating on certain days because, if I did eat, I would get really sick the next day and be out of work for 2. I went to 5 doctors over a period of 5+ years, had 2 colonoscopies, 2 endoscopies and none could figure it out completely. No Celiac, no Lupus, no Crohn’s disease, etc. Then I found Doctor “A” and he put me on a multifaceted regimen that included Pedialyte. I had already been eating the Pedialyte frozen pops on my sick days, but, earlier experience with baby Pedialyte had steered me away from the drink version. So, per doctor’s orders, I went shopping for Pedialyte and discovered the adult version (33% more electrolytes version) and bought the 2 litre bottle of the Berry Frost. I was instantly sold on it. It turned my life around. I drank a bottle every day and instantly noticed how much better I felt after drinking it. I then added yogurt drinks and food supplements to my diet as well, and with the help of Pedialyte, I went from of deficit weight of 96 lbs., to 107 lbs. My original weight is around 113 lbs. (5′ 1″ woman). Later , I switched to the powdered version of Pedialyte and I take it with me everywhere I go. You just need a 16 oz., glass or bottle of water. I drink it day and night. Believe you me, it is well worth the investment into your health. I hope it’s around forever. I don’t know what I would do without it.Thank you Pedialyte.
