These are a hard plastic. They work great for getting stuck on food. I have used them on my cast iron pan, ceramic pot, my stainless steel set and on my cookie sheets. They donât scratch but are effective. I have also used them on my glass top stove for cleaning and to help getting the sticky stuff off of other products I have from, stickers put on from the manufacture, so they are versatile. I do like that it has a rounded edge and an edge with a point. I feel the size is perfect for my hands and comfortable when using. I bought the orange colored ones and they look same as pictured.

My boss bought some of these for work. We do product demonstrations and are often cooking pasta, cheese sauce, and frying things like dumplings or pierogis for 6 straight hours as we are constantly making more to keep up with sample demand. We try to keep scorching, etc., to a minimum but it’s hard to do when you’re cooking for that long, that fast. These little gadgets are absolutely FANTASTIC at getting that scorched on gunk off the bottom of the pans/cookers. Simply put a little liquid on the bottom surface, let is soak for about 2-3 minutes, and it scrapes right off without scratching the surface. They are so amazing, I bought these for myself and my girls to use at home. Definitely would repurchase!!!!
