Softens without weighing down hair
I was happily surprised this works as stated for my hair. I have fine & wiry hair and this made my hair smooth and soft as described. It also has a very mild natural smell out of bottle and does not leave hair smelling perfumery. Price is reasonable too for a very natural alternative.

I have tried a few of Pacifica’s hair balms and creams, and I like this one best so far. The scent isn’t too strong, a little coconut, and it helps control frizz and tangles without weighing my hair down. Good with moisturizing too, leaving hair softer. I apply lightly closer to the scalp, and rub a more generous amount through to the lower ends of my hair (it’s long).

The consistency is thick, so you get a little bit more for your money. Smells great, feels good going on, and adds a bit of definition to my waves but leaves a residue that feels like too much hairspray and looks a bit greasy. I found myself avoiding it in the shower. I tried to only use it on the curlier/coarser part of my hair but it still left a residue.

My hair has always been difficult to run a brush, it seems to re-tangle right after I pass through it. I was living in Colorado with very hard water and had developed a lot of buildup on my hair between the minerals in the water and the silicones that are in almost every hair product. My hair was rough, unmanageable, and looked oily the next day. I paired this conditioner with “Redken Detox Hair Cleansing Cream Clarifying Shampoo” (once weekly and once the buildup was gone once monthly) and I had the hair I had always wanted. I could brush it right out of the shower without spending 30 minutes doing it, it was so soft and nice to touch, flowed beautifully and didn’t look oily right away. Unfortunately I’ve since moved to an area with soft water and it no longer has the effect it did with hard water, so I’m going to have to experiment with other products until I find a new balance that works. Smells great too!

Tried all the basic shampoo/conditioners. Nothing works and I thought I just had bad hair. But when I tried this product it was amazing, it rehydrates my hair for a few days and increases the quality of it. The best part, itâs very affordable
