Good idea but less than desirable performance for my purpose
The idea is good but the the top arm is not very functional, it offers resistance and retracts to original form when trying to pull further away from certain point. Also the handle/screw to adjust the clamp to the assigned surface could be replaced by a knob, the current long handle takes too long and it’s impractical and does not allow the clamp to go full depth, making the gadget less stable. The idea for the light ring is good as well but does not make a big difference on how your target looks, it may be ok for people videos right in front of it but not for other stuff. Would not buy this product again.

Not bad at all!
For the $ I was afraid itâd be cheap or flimsy – especially since I use a pretty heavy Canon Mark III EOS but itâs solid! I photograph items for a store, typically in cellophane so glare was always an issue. I bought the overhead stand with LED ring light and itâs perfect. Clips on to a table with a threaded clamp and all hinges can be tightened so it doesnât move or collapse – even with a full camera on it. It works great!

Pretty flexible design
Works well for mounting a camera to your desk for close up shots. The mount for the ring light isn’t very sturdy. The ring light keeps drooping down in the middle of the shot, so I dont use that part. Otherwise its a pretty clever design.

I have to add it on a 2nd table so that when I work on my table, it doesn’t shake. I use canon eos m50 with a 50mm lens and it hold fine. The light is also helpful, has 3 different color modes.It is good for someone who wants to try recording themselves doing things on a table, beginner level.

Works great with phone but not DSLR
I recently purchased the LenTok Overhead DSLR Camera Mount with Ring Light, and my experience with it was a bit mixed. On the positive side, it worked remarkably well with my iPhone for live-streaming items on my desk.However, when I tried to use it with my DSLR camera, I faced some significant issues. This lack of stability in the tripod made it difficult to achieve the precise angles and heights needed for my stream.In summary, the LenTok Overhead DSLR Camera Mount with Ring Light worked with my iPhone but fell short when used with a DSLR camera due to stability issues and difficulties in adjusting the lighting. The tripod’s instability further added to my overall dissatisfaction with the product. If you primarily use an iPhone for your photography and video needs, this product might work for you. However, if you intend to use it with a DSLR, you may want to consider alternative options.

Crap
Donât get it bc youâll be disappointed with its entire purpose, to be a phone or camera holder. Itâs defective in that case and its arm doesnât allow for it to stay in one position. I just use it for a desk lamp now bc I like the ring light and it kinda looks cool clamped to my desk but other than that. I wouldâve tossed it if it didnât have the ring light on it

Good enough
I’ve been able to hold a Canon M50 and a Canon EOS 6D on this stand. Because it’s spring loaded, it’s a bit bouncy if I bump my desk, but it does the job for the price. The ring light is a nice add on for the price.
