Stylish, plenty of storage, and easy to carry
If you want a hiking bag that is bladder compatible, this is the one. They have a couple stylish colors, but not enough in my opinion, and there’s plenty of room for some basic hiking essentials. It doesn’t come with a bladder though, but those are fairly cheap. They definitely could’ve offered a bladder as an upsell and I would’ve bought it with the bag. Overall it’s fairly light and easy to carry, so I’d say that’s a plus. I feel like this is a solid pack, so I’ll give it a 5/5.

Excellent hydration backpack that holds more stuff
I want to first note that this backpack DOES NOT come with a water pack. You will have to provide your own water pack. That said, I really like that this pack holds more stuff than most hydration pack. It still remains very compact and wonât weigh you down during a hiking or biking trip, as long as you donât over pack it, of course. I wanted to bring my small DLSR camera and this bag fits my camera well. Note that I had to add my own camera protection sleeve since the backpack is very thin and has zero protection for expensive equipment. The included rain pouch is a much welcomed addition and it works extremely well in keeping the content of the bag dry.If youâre looking for a good bag for your hydration pack that would allow to you bring more things, this is a great bag to get.

on the small side, but very nice
This is a really nice backpack. It’s well constructed and nice looking. It fits well, and it’s great that it has a tightening strap across the straps, and a waist strap as well. The back also has some almost confusingly unnecessary straps across, but they a) look cool, and b) can be tucked into slits in the bag that are there for that very purpose. This bag, listed as a hydration bag, does NOT come with a bag for water, but that is indicated on the product page so that wasn’t a surprise. In terms of pockets, the bag has one large main area, a pocet at the top that you access through a zipper on the top edge. That pocket is lined with a fleecy material, so it’s great for sunglasses or something like that, though the pocket is large enough for probably 2-3 pairs of sunglasses. Then there is a thinner, slightly padded pocket on the back side of the bag at the straps. On the very bottom is a fairly sizeable pouch that holds the waterproof cover. If you were not traveling with that, you could store quite a bit in that area. There are two sturdy mesh water holders on the sides. The downside of this bag is if you’re using it primarily as a backpack (which you ONE HUNDRED PERCENT can do)–it does not at all need to be a hydration bag–it’s just a little small and has a strange shape. The main compartment is noticeably pear shaped, so fitting something like a laptop in (particularly in a sleeve) is a little tricky. Large laptops won’t fit. As long as you’re aware that this is a bit streamlined and not going to fit as much as a “regular” backpack, this is a great product.

Straps broke
I carried skis twice. First time bottom strap broke off. Then the second time the top buckle broke. I replaced the straps with cam straps and it works fine now.

Very good small daypack
This backpack feels very durable and strong. It has a nice, padded pouch in the top of the main compartment which will protect sunglasses, keys, and other small items. The main compartment is a little more narrow and not quite as deep as I expected. But it will still has plenty of room for hats, gloves, food, etc. for a day-long hike. The inner pouch for the hydration bladder has an opening to run the straw down through one of the shoulder straps and out a zippered opening. There are plenty of loops for attaching items to the exterior, including on the shoulder straps. The rain cover is stored in a pouch on the bottom of the pack. The material and stitching is heavy enough that it should hold up through some use and abuse. The shoulder straps have enough padding on them to remain comfortable over the course of a long day.Overall, this pack seems to be well worth the cost. It is a good looking pack which should hold up under all kinds of uses.

Very well made
This pack is durable and well constructed. Note that a water bladder does not come with the bag. However the size of the pack allows for a larger water bladder which is perfect. The design for running the tube is very well planned and the line can be totally hidden. The straps on the pack are made for any body type and fit myself (a larger guy) and anyone smaller just as easily. The extra room for protein bars, snacks, etc is perfect. I’ve taken this on a 4 mile run and on 20 mile bike rides and the pack excels and doesn’t wear on my shoulders as the straps are well lined. There is also a small compartment that holds a rain bonnet which is easily accessed and grips around the pack.

Whereâs the hooks?
This pack is a bit of an enigma. First of all, itâs beautiful and mostly well designed. I love the overall look of it, its quality, its compartment design and layout. At the same time, this thing is marketed specifically as a hydration pack⦠but it doesnât come with an included hydration bladder, nor does it have any hooks designed into its hydration compartment to hold a hydration bladder. This means there is nothing to hold your hydration bladder in place. You just pack the hydration bladder into its compartment the best you can and hope it stays there. It really needs a hook or two within the hydration compartment to hold the hydration bladder upright and in place.
