Replacement for a favorite lost winter hat by Sierra Designs. Not as snug around the band as my old Sierra Designs hat so it could possible blow off in really strong winds, but a decent design that is very affordable. In very cold weather will do well under a windproof coat hood. Similar hats at REI are outrageously priced and who wants to spend big bucks on something as easily lost as a hat? Somewhere, hopefully someone is enjoying my old $$$ Sierra Designs hat left in a grocery shopping cart. Appreciate that 2 hats are included with this purchase. I doubt most men would fit this hat, is more of a women’s size.

When I was making the purchase order for the hats it gave me the option to size the hats. When I received them they were one size fits all which ended up being loose fitting. So I cut and stitched them back together now they fir perfect snug very warm thick. I have a 22 1/2 inch head and they were loose.

Straight forward purchase.These are very soft and comfortable. I cant give it 5 stars simply because it doesn’t feel very ‘fitted”. It has a lose fit where I would expect it to hug your head a little more firmly. I wear a 7 1/2 fitted hat, so my head isn’t considered small and it still sits a little loose.My rating is a 3.
