Great customer service made broken product right
I really liked this sprayer at first. I like being able to use olive oil instead of artificial spray. Unfortunately, after four months of light use it broke. The top part just broke off of the bottle. So disappointing.Update: not long after my review posted, the company reached out and offered us a refund as well as the updated version of the sprayer. Thatâs pretty great customer service! I will update again once we use the new version.Final update: the new version was much better and is still going strong. The mist is better, it sprays more easily, and itâs more comfortable to use. Itâs also lasting much better than the original. Kudos to this company for reaching out and making sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this product!

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
I am interested in stopping use of the aerosol can sprayers, and really like being able to use my own cooking oils. This sprayer works just fine, and serves my needs. Instructions suggested washing the sprayer first then spraying a mist of water before first use of oil. Oil is thicker than water so the spray is not as fine, but I have no issue with that. I can see when the container needs to be refilled, and I do not have to deal with the lingering smell of residual aerosol (can’t be good for the lungs.) The tiny funnel that comes with the sprayer helps in filling the bottle. Ther is also a tiny cleaning brush when needed. No complaints.

Updated review; Worked well to start
Edited to add update. After my initial review of the issues I came across with my mister (stopped working after two months) the customer support reached out to make the issues right. They were very helpful and the issues have been resolved. They notified me that they have upgraded their mister and issues should be resolved with the new one I will receive. Will update with results of improved mister.This sprayer worked great for about 2 months then just fell apart and now wonât spray oil at all. Itâs too bad because I was incredibly excited about how much better this had worked than others but it turned out just like all the rest.

Worked for 2 weeks and broke but seller replaced!
I loved this thing for the first two weeks but when I went to refill it the plastic piece in the lid broke in half when I took the lid off and it caused the sprayer to become lodged to the left. Now the lid won’t stay on and the sprayer doesn’t work well bc only part of it is lined up with the hole. Very disappointed because I bought two more for Christmas gifts. I hope the people I gave them to have better luck.EDIT: The seller reached out and replaced the item for free. I have had no issues with the new one! Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. I love this thing.

While the concept as such is good, there are the things I found not so nice:1. While it does fulfill the job of collecting the required amount of oil at the top, it is not exactly a ‘valve’. It will still drip if you invert it.2. The first one I received was broken, and I had to order a replacement.3. The second one I received had scratches on it and smelled of oil, which clearly suggests that they are shipping returned items as new items. That is despite there being on option to sell something as refurbished. I kept it because I did not want to undergo the hassle of packing it and returning it.Basically, either the product is of lower quality by build or the seller did not do enough quality control before shipping it. Either way, this doesn’t deserve many stars at the moment of writing.4. UPDATE: I changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. I discovered that product is extremely fragile (as much as an egg shell). Just tipping the bottle is enough to break it. Instead of refunding the customers, it is better if the company can get the manufacturer to build it with a better quality glass.I would advise against buying this because storing oil in this means you increase the probability of a mini oil spill in your kitchen.

Nice glass spritzer with a fine spray. Great for spraying on vegetables Iâm roasting. Less waste than pouring olive oil on top of them. Easy to refill with the small funnel that was included. Great purchase!
