This was a gift for me nephew, while I excited to give to him since he is a gamer, one we got the package and tried to assemble it. The two pieces didnât latch easily because one of the pieces was off buy like 3 inches, so we had to force latch them together, which created a small crack on the big piece.

My son has a specific spot in the living room, at one end of the couch, where he does his homework, games with friends online, watches anime and movies and he’s got a lot of stuff that kind of stays in that general area. He has his over-the-ear headphones, his phone & charger, tablet, laptop, etc. all over the end table. His headphones are really nice, top of the line spec that he saved up his money to buy.As soon as I saw this stand, I knew it had to be part of his Easter gifts. He got it a day early and was thrilled.The stand is made out of nice wood and has a high-quality but home crafted look and feel.It comes in two pieces. One is the base, which has the space to set up your phone or tablet. This lets you use the device while it’s charging. There’s a large rectangular cutout in the base and you slide the bottom of the backboard into this slot. It slides in easily but firmly stays put once you’re done.And that’s pretty much all you need to do when it comes to the assembly of this gift. You could certainly make sure it never comes apart by using a bit of wood glue but it’s really not necessary.Once it’s together, the headphones fit over the top of the backboard with the ear pads resting on the sides. I was a little worried when I first looked at it because I thought the backboard didn’t look thick enough for the headphones to rest on it securely. I tried it with my SONY studio headphones and was pleasantly surprised at just how well they sat on the stand!My son loves it and his tech/study/entertainment area looks instantly more organized.

I absolutely love this gaming headset stand. I got it for my husband for his setup. It holds his headset perfectly and the included base has a spot to put your phone and other small items. The entire thing does come in two parts – the headrest and the base – and you have to put them together. It does take a bit of wiggling and pushing, but once you get it COMPLETELY together, it’s incredibly durable. I love that it’s made of wood and not plastic, so it’ll last a long time. This is perfect for anyone who loves to game, whether they’re on PC, portable game console, or a stationary one, and it fits into virtually any decor that you already have. I personally feel the price is worth it in just its durability alone.***If you are unable to get the pieces to fit together, wiggle and push and it will go in. I know that some of the reviews mention the inability to get the pieces to fit correctly, but that’s because it’s a tight fit. Once you get the pieces together, it will NOT come apart easily. Don’t let that sway you from getting it because this stand really is worth it. You’ll be glad you got this and not a cheap, plastic headstand that would crack or break if it fell or had too much force on it. This can take a lot and if it falls, it’s not going to break easily.***
