I like how hydrating these tablets are, although the taste of each is only really okay. I felt a lot more energized and much better after drinking a good amount with the tablets dissolved. However, I have been diagnosed with GERD (acid reflux issues) and I noticed a pretty bad flare-up of symptoms after drinking a lot of water with the tablets dissolved. I’m not sure which ingredient is responsible for this, but I just want to make those who have digestive issues aware that they should be a little cautious and not drink TOO much.

Nuun “stands behind their product” but won’t replace damaged tablets
On July 22, 2024 I ordered these Electrolyte Tablets and they showed up the next day. Yay! But, the shipment was damaged. It was about 107F in Las Vegas that day and what I got was a melted together mess with all the caps extruded. Amazon considers this a Food Item and won’t replace it. Contacted Nuun and part of their response was “We strive for excellent product quality, and you donât deserve anything less than that. Sometimes when extreme heat or moisture creeps into the tubes, the tablets can start to react prematurely, causing them to discolor or stick to each other or the tube. We do have a desiccant in the lid to prevent this from happening, but it does occur from time to time when the item is improperly stored or damaged during transit.” They know about the problem but I got this from Nuun “Unfortunately, we do not have access to information for Amazon orders, so we are not able to replace them. We do stand behind our products.” Nope, I had a product damaged in shipment and they did NOT replace it. If I shipped it back I could get a refund, but no tablets. Pathetic. What I expected was to send the picture (above), they realize it wasn’t my fault that defective product arrived, and replace them. Nope. This is the first and now last product I buy from Nuun.

Iâm not too keen on the stevia, but itâs hard to find a reasonably inexpensive and palatable electrolyte drink that doesnât have a large amount of sugar or artificial sweeteners, especially in Australia. All of the tablets are a light orange, regardless of the flavour.I do wish Nuun would make tubs of powder to cut down on the plastic tubes. These are handy for sticking in your bag though. I will be definitely ordering these again once Iâm out.
