Works great
Some people don’t like the fact that it doesn’t get that hot, but all outdoor animal heating pads will not get hot like one for a person. This is to prevent the animal from getting burned. This heating pad seems to heat to the perfect temp for outdoor cats. I will purchase another.

I usually set it for 4 hours on setting 1 and it really helps take the edge off of cold nights. The cord is sturdy (chew resistant) and the controller is simple and easy to use. Very basic is what I needed and it works perfectly. I appreciate the removable fleece cover, which I am using despite having the pad between the fitted sheet and the mattress. Overall I think it would be excellent for pets and people, especially for welping purposes and for elderly people and pets as it isn’t likely to burn or otherwise injure them and can help relax painful joints and muscles.I selected a rather large sized pad and realized I could have gotten a smaller size with the same result. This pad covers from toes to knees on me. More than I needed. But I really like it.

Awesome heating pad
I have looked for so long for a pad with low heat that stays on for 24hrs! Finally found this one. It is so great my cat is warm in 29 degrees weather and heat is adjustable. He loves it I put a blanket over it in his house he stays toasty warm. He is a feral cat and will not come inside also heat stays on he does not have to have weight on it for heat. I recommend this 100% and chew proof for dogs!

Got this for an Outdoor Stray Kitten…had it on the highest Temp for 4hrs and it didn’t get warm.Maybe I got a bad 1, but it did NOTHING! Now I find out that it should not be left out unsupervised.Returning…Do Not recommend.
