Great for anxiety

Takes some getting used to, but it works!
I didnât realize how much I was stressing about my little one’s breathing until I finally got around to trying out the breathing wear. I’m a new mom, so of course I’m worried, but I was regularly getting up in a half sleep fog stare at her and check to see if she was still breathing. It took some trial and error to figure out how tight to make the band. I got a false alert and someone from Nanit actually reached out with advice for how to prevent any more false alerts! Ever since it has worked like a charm and I have been able to sleep soooo much better. I still check the app a bunch, but that’s easier than getting up.

We bought the Nanit to monitor our son knowing that when it was time for him to sleep on his own, that would be an adjustment to us as new parents. This would be an awesome addition to an awesome monitor… if it was bigger! My son is 5 months old and on the 15th centile for weight, but the large band I bought barely fits him now and certainly wonât up to 18 months. Very unimpressed with the response from directly emailing Nanit customer support: they replied it âruns a bit smallâ, larger breathing wear is in development but this doesnât represent a fault with the product therefore no replacement. Not happy!

Love the nanit sooo much but very limited in their sizes! I donât know why they arenât making breathing bands that go above 20lbs. My 3 month old son is 16 lbs and we wonât get much more wear out of them at this rate. Disappointing as I really rely on the breathing technology for peace of mind. Unsure if I would buy again due to this.
