Makes Me Happy
I can’t believe how long I went without a smart cup warmer (and it’s such a value too). It has been so nice to know that my coffee and tea are always hot. I love that it plugs in with a regular plug. I don’t have to worry about making sure it is charged. It doesn’t take up much room and is so easy to use. It has a tap-to-turn-it-on option that is nice. I don’t have to hunt around for a switch every time use it.
It has two different settings, one is a nice hot and the other is hotter lol (so no worries about any drink being cold at all). I like the hotter option for my mug of soup. I no longer dread having lunch at my desk. A hot cup of tea or coffee and a hot cup of soup really does help my day run smoother.

Great coffee warmer, until it doesn’t work… Update
I really loved this coffee warmer, it did a great job keeping my coffee warm in a cold room. I liked the look and it seemed well built. The touch control was nice and responsive. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it stopped heating. The light on the touch control still worked (red for high, blue for low), but there was no heat whatsoever coming out of the unit. I tried unplugging, and tried moving it to another outlet, but it is definitely dead. I bought this one to replace another brand that had stopped working after about 6 weeks. It seems that many of these units are built cheaply and were not made to last.
Update: right after I posted my review, I was contacted by Garmee. They immediately shipped me a new cup warmer, and it arrived in just a couple days. Excellent customer service, and I love this cup warmer.

I bought this to place my resin on after mixing to decrease the bubbles. This little thing gets hot, be careful. I use the second mode and it work perfect for warming the resin. Its the right size and easy to use. So glad I got this.

Finally found a great replacement
I have been using a Mr. Coffee warmer for years. It is very basic but works very well. I wanted a replacement that was more modern and nicer looking. I have tried other brands which did not last long. I always went back to my old Mr. Coffee. Then I found this warmer. I only use the high setting. No sliding on/off switch like the Mr. Coffee has. This has a touch sensitive “button” and it does not make any noise when turned on or off. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. I usually turn it off after 4-5 hours so I have never let it go and turn off by itself. I would definitely buy this again.

Only worked for 11 months BUT the seller made it good
(Update) The customer service on this item was excellent. The seller saw my initial 3-star review (below), reached out to me, asked how to make it good, then followed up within 24 hours with a satisfactory remedy. I’m impressed with their dedication to a good customer experience and as a result I’ll probably give this item another shot when/if my current differently-branded warmer gives up the ghost.
I bought this item 11 months ago and it worked great until today. My coffee was cold, the light was on, but there was no heat at either setting. I’m not sure if I’ll buy another one or try a competitor. It should have lasted longer, especially since I only used it two or three days a week.

Best gift to myself for my home office
This is the best gift I ever gave myself for the home office. After spending way too much time researching all the different consumer comments and comparing products features on Amazon, I ended up buying this inexpensive cup warmer. Guess what? It works perfectly! It keeps my coffee and tea the perfect drinking temperature all day long. I put the red (or high) button on and no more up-and-down repeatedly to the microwave. Great buy. Great find! MUST ADD: only a totally flat bottom ceramic mug works with these cup warmers. If there is even a slight ridged ring around the bottom of the cup, preventing the entire bottom of the cup from sitting on the warmer, then it will not work for you. Luckily, I had a perfectly flat bottomed ceramic mug in my cupboard ( see photo).
