Damaged and Defective!!
I received this item damaged and defective. The box was torn apart and poorly re-taped to ship back out. Clearly someone else returned this already. The bolts are stripped of their coating while the camera base mount is just missing. I would have attempted to make this work and use a different base mount, however seeing as I paid for this item I will be returning it and requesting a refund. Sad that MUDDY sent something like this out. Thought this company was better than that.

This type of stuff should never be bought used or discounted…
The bolt that holds the fluid head wouldn’t screw into the nut… Had to push hard and it may have gotten a half a thread in the nut… I don’t that it but I got it now and don’t have the time to wait for a new bolt or nut!

This product functions as it should and seems durable. It is quite a bit heavier than I anticipated but that is my bad as the weight is listed. I believe with some modifications and a lighter strap it will be functional and well worth the low price compared to other camera arms. There are some videos on line showing some simple modifications that would make this a 5 star product.

Itâs not build very well. Itâs very unstable and wobbly. The arms isnât very long at all I was u able to bring it fully around my body I had to mount it to a tree beside me. Lucky there was on up in my tree stand but other may not have that option
