It can easily hold my 2 cork yoga blocks, 32 oz hydro flask, yoga towel, change of clothes, wallet, keys, etc. on the interior with my Jade Yoga Harmony mat rolled up and in the yoga mat exterior loop. I find this bag comfortable to carry and appreciate how much I can fit in it when I go to the studio. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone with a yoga mat of average thickness.

The bag design itself is nice looking. It did not fit my yoga mat so you would have to have a very slender yoga mat for it to be functional for you. The material was a bit rough but not a problem. I returned since it didn’t fit my yoga mat not matter how snug I rolled it.
