They said to do this about 3 times to allow the battery to work properly. I used the bank to charge my phone and iPad for 5 days before charging, and they are heavily used. I charged the unit for the first time and it took around 24 hours to fully charge. I took it on a business trip and I charged my phone, iPad, and a few other items during the weeks long trip and it didnât die until after I got home. I did not use electricity to charge anything. It is very convenient and has an excellent battery life. Iâm pleased with the product and even more so with their customer service. I canât think of a lot of companies who would go out of their way to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied!Original post:I bought this the first week of April. I have plugged it in to charge on multiple occasions and it is only charged 15% since early April. I will leave it plugged in for hours at a time and it will only increase by one percent. Nice little battery percent display also. Takes a while to recharge, ten to twenty hours I would say.Update: I now have two of these things, should have waited for the 20 bucks off prime day discount, but they both are working quite well, the battery takes 10 days of continuous use to die on the first one, not sure yet on the second one. It died after two days saying it was at 40% but I think it just doesn’t have an accurately calibrated 0% yet, that may take a couple charges for the battery to figure out.

Ok, the decoration is a bit over-the-top, and as others have said, the display is rather dim and hard to read in bright lighting. but it’s got a lot of power and the smallest design for how many batteries it holds. not big and bulky, but it is heavy. you are not going to slip this into a pocket or purse, and you will notice it in your backpack. i intend on taking mine on camping trips. much smaller than my other large ‘power generators’ that have all the ports i never use anyway. the strap handle is actually nice, i just hope it’s secure in the long term.note, it doesn’t come with a charger/plug for itself. i just use my usb-c chargers i already have and i’m glad i didn’t get another one i didn’t need. if you don’t already have a usb-c charger, you will need one.so if you need a portable (luggable) battery bank for usb-c and usb-a devices without tons of features and connections you probably won’t use anyway, this is a good option for you. i’m happy with my purchase.

Great power bank but buy well before a storm
Love these!!! Bought two to prepare for hurricanes. Charged my iPhone 15 max pro (was at 50% ) and only used about 4% of charge on power bank. Charged it quick too!!! I like the flatter design to put in a back pack (I have other 70000mamp chargers that are littéral cubes so not that portable). The weight is the same as the cube power banks I have but that is to be expected for high capacity power banks. The only thing to note is to buy well before you will need it because you need to drain the factory charge of 69% before you can fully charge it to 10O%. So Iâm looking for things to charge to drain it so I can then charge it to 100% to be ready for the next hurricaine lol. The power bank is so darn efficient Iâm gonna have to charge a lot of things to drain it lol (and I bought two lol ð). Those things are actually great and speak highly of the product but just a warning that you canât take it out of the box and charge it and be ready for a hurricane/camping etc the next day if you want to have 100% charge when you need it. Has multiple ports and a sturdy handle as well. Seems very durable. Very happy with the purchase.
