Works well and easy to use
It works extremely well getting mold and stains off of flat surfaces, porous grout, and tight areas. It will also get stains off of the surface and exposed cracks of caulk , but will not help if you have mold growing inside or behind your caulk.Super easy to use. Just apply and walk away. You’re supposed to wipe it off after a few hours, but I typically just leave it. It leaves behind almost no residue.Some people have mentioned that it may damage grout. I have not experienced this. I have used this cleaner on tile, grout, metal, caulk, and linoleum surfaces. So far, I have not noticed any damage or discoloration.Caution:This is a serious cleaner and requires caution and attention. Use sensible precautions (gloves, old clothes, don’t touch your face while using, wash hands after use, etc.). After sitting for a while, this stuff has a strong bleach smell. Make sure to use in large or ventilated rooms and open a window for a couple days if possible. If you leave it (instead of cleaning it off), like I do, I would advise closing the door and not spending much time in that room for a couple days. Also, if you have colored grout, you will want to test this in a small area first. It may bleach out your color.

This product has great cleaning power with very little odor. It removed mold i had around 10 year old caulk. Very effective in cleaning stains on clothes as well. I like that it is a gel and not a spray.

Mold Mildew Cleaner Gel works magnificently
I followed the instructions, and this thing worked like a charm. A magician couldn’t have done it any better. Unfortunately, I forgot to take before pictures so there’s no point in posting after pins but believe you me, the mold is all gone and I am very happy with my purchase. As for the smell some of the reviews mention, yes there is some smell but nothing really to put you off from the wonderful results this product puts out. Buy with confidence.

Works great on silicone grout, almost no chemical scent [for real]!
I bought this product based on the product reviews. I didn’t want another bleach-based product that didn’t work before and would make overwhelming chemical odors that would force me out of my bathroom and master suite. I was at my wits-end with black mold/mildew growing on the silicone grout between the tile and shower pan in my shower. I also am extremely [I mean over-sensitive] to chemical odors; I get migraines if I spend too much time in the soap/cleaner aisle in the grocery store.This product did a really great job on the silicone grout. It didn’t remove everything, but it seemed to kill and remove the black stains over the 5 hours it sat on the silicone grout. It DID NOT do anything for the grout between the tile (different grout material, I think). The gel is very thick and stayed in-place the entire 5 hours. I simply wiped it away with paper towels. As stated, the black stains from the mold/mildew seemed to be killed and disappeared, as I didn’t have black on the paper towels when I wiped away. Interesting how the chemical worked… The ingredients are deionized waters and salts….Most helpful was the fact that the product did NOT put off harsh odors. This was a great benefit. I was able to apply and remove it without a mask and didn’t suffer any headaches or discomfort. I did have a window open the whole time, however.My situation may be different from yours, as I was not looking for 100% perfection…just better than before, a feeling of a cleaner shower and to get me through the next few months where I will demo my shower and retile.For this purpose, I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Super great, but leave on longer than suggested.
At first I was skeptical, but after the first three hours I could see the parts of the black mildew turning brown. We had a few super dark spots so I left it overnight – total soak time like 16-18 hours. All of the black mildew spots are 95% gone. May need to reapply for a few tiny stubborn spots, but they are crazy tiny. make sure the areas you are applying the gel to are dry-dry. It doesn’t stick well to wet spots. Also, glob it on thick. Worth the cost.

Works amazingly for removing mold from caulk!!!
Had some mildewing spots in old caulk in our shower that I thought was going to need to be removed but thought to try this out first. It worked incredibly well and completely penetrated the caulking to remove all traces of mold! Couldn’t believe how well it worked. Left it on for about 4hrs and then rinsed it off. Even for areas where I decided to re-caulk it was very useful for ensuring that all mold was cleaned out before laying down new lines of caulk.One caveat, it didn’t work as well on spots in our grout, it lightened those but did not brighten out completely like it did in the caulk lines. Could just be the type of grout.

Look, this stuff works. If that was the only thing that mattered in this review, it would get 5 stars. But there’s some MAJOR false advertising. This product is basically chlorine bleach in a gel solution sold by some sketchy Chinese company claiming it’s made with *magical* enzymes. Whatever. It’s bleach.And it’s a dangerous and potentially tile-damaging lie. For one, it’s a pain in the rear to clean off–another lie. They said it was easy. It’s not. You’ll need a scrub brush and a lot of patience. And two, because of this, people were using vinegar to clean it off. DO NOT MIX VINEGAR AND BLEACH. It will release chlorine gas and can kill you. Vinegar does the same thing ammonia does with bleach.What’s more, bleach is bad for grout. If you’re like me and the grout is super old anyway and your landlord has never replaced it, then it doesn’t matter. But if you care, perhaps consider using it only once or look for another product.I’ve also noticed that some of the mold has come back after about two months, but it’s still much better than it was. I have a full bottle that I’ll use to do touch ups.So overall, I’m still using it because it works and I like the white grout instead of mold. If you’re down with a bleach gel that will get the job done (my shower/tub was BAD) go for it. Prepare like you would while using bleach. Wear a mask, gloves and clothes you don’t care about. Be careful where you step after standing in your shower. But for the dangerous lies and dishonesty, this product gets 3 stars.

Our bathroom has really poor ventilation, and I’ve always struggled to stay on top of the little black dots of mold that inevitably pop up on the caulk no matter what I try. I found this product on Amazon the other night, and even though it’s not cheap at nearly $30 CAD, I figured it’s worth it if it works. It works amazingly, so it’s absolutely worth it! Very easy to apply, and I didn’t find the smell to be too strong. It feels like I have a good half of the bottle left so I can use it again. I only did the caulk around the tub and it looks practically brand new. The product was easy to apply, stuck to exactly where I put it with no running, and wiped off like a charm with paper towels 4 hours later. For the extremely minimal elbow grease involved, I’m very happy with the end result!

This stuff is highly effective, I wish it came in a bigger bottle! My tiny bathroom gets gross quickly and no amount of scrubbing with comet or bleach was getting the crud of the caulking. Left this stuff on for 3.5hrs and it wiped the crud clean off. What a relief!It does stink, so be sure to have an exhaust fan on.

Easy to use, and works as advertised. I used to buy this LG gel from a local grocery store that only cost me $6 or so. They don’t carry it anymore 🙁 This one isn’t bad, but a little on the pricey side.
