Frustrating! I thought by ordering a “Mophie” this would live up to it’s name. I was wrong. I can get about 1 hour worth of charge out of this. Not worth the money and I’m frustrated I just now used it to find this out and missed the window to return.

I had purchased one of these Mophie devices awhile ago, and always kept it fully charged. During the big cyclone windstorm in the Northwest – it really came in handy! I was able to keep two cell phones, and an ipad fully charged for 5 days without power, and still had some charge left on the device! It was so great, I purchased a second one. Love it!

New out of box and wouldnât charge
I really liked for when it did work. It had a little charge out of the box and it charged my phone up really fast! I went to go charge it up to fully charge and use and it would not charge. It blinked for about 30 seconds and then stopped. The charging indicators never loaded. I troubleshooted and nothing worked causing me to not be able to use this. Super bummed i have to return it but i will be ordering a replacement.I also read that another user had this same issue so maybe itâs a technical issue happening with the devices.
