    Nice and comfortable
Good battery, great sound, good volume, snug fit, connected to my Bluetooth great. I’ve owned plenty of earbuds from skull candy, to Five Below’s plastic ones, and even borrowed AirPods for awhile. I can happily say I consider this the best, and I’m grateful to have gotten them on sale! (P.S. just took the nap of a lifetime with these playing pure serenity in my ears)

    Satisfactory but can improve.
After lots of digging, I decided on this pair for my first bluetooth earbuds. They’re satisfactory for a first pair but has potential to improve. Overall I’d give it a 3.5 or 4/5 for the sale price I bought it; for the original price, maybe a 3/5.▶ PACKAGING (4/5): Compact and nice except for the part where they buried the extra ear tips deep beneath the manuals. I forgot they exited and when I remembered, I thought they forgot to give them to me since they were so hidden.▶ PAIRING (4/5): Easy and quick to do the initial pairing. For the initial pairing, I only used the right earbud and it worked great but when I decided to switch to the left earbud only, I noticed latency while watching youtube videos. It also disconnected twice randomly while using the left earbud alone, then when I tried to reconnect it said it was already connected but the sound came out of my device rather than the earbuds. But when I put it back in the case and took out both to re-pair (not reconnect but re-pair, by turning off bluetooth on my device and redoing everything), the latency disappeared and everything worked great! No more disconnects afterwards. Not sure if that happened because of actual connection issues or if it’s just because I paired individually the first time around. I’ve tried these earbuds with my Macbook and my Samsung phone and both paired easily; the earbuds also work very well with both devices. The only thing I wish could be different is that when I take the earbuds out, they automatically pair to the last connected device so I have to manually change it every time if I’m switching between my laptop and phone.▶ VOLUME (5/5): I think the volume is perfectly fine for me, I generally listen on low to medium volume but I don’t find that I have to turn it up any more than I usually do with wired earbuds.▶ CONTROLS (2/5): This is the thing I struggle with so much. The manual says to double tap the left earbud to turn the volume down and double tap the right earbud to turn it up. Out of the 20 or so times I’ve tried this, it’s worked maybe once or twice… Tapping once to play/pause the media works well though, and a lot of the times when I’m trying to change the volume, it just ends up pausing/playing the media instead ugh. I don’t actually mind having to turn up/down the volume with my device but I feel like if there’s the function to do so with the earbuds, it should actually work…▶ CHARGING/CASE (4/5): I haven’t tried using the earbuds all the way to zero battery and always put them back into the charging case when I’m done using them, but after using them for a few hours a day, I can get maybe 4 charges with the case? The one thing I’d like to see changed is to have a button to press or a sensor to activate in order to see how many bars are left for the charging case. The only way to see the number of bars left is to take out/put back an earbud.

Works as well as I hoped
Very nice. Connect well and stay connected. Seem to be made well. I personally would prefer a box like case but manufacturers understand that many want something that fits nicely in a pocket or purse. Not a negative on it. I use these for social media browsing so I can only say that they seem to have good sound. No complaints at thirty bucks.

    Great sound
Love these earbuds! I’ve had problems with AirPod style fitting, but these seal nicely. They also have great sound and bass response. When I saw these on sale bought a second pair eve even though the ones I bought last year are still going strong. Didn’t want to take a chance couldn’t buy in the future.

  5. Did he just…?

    Very okay.
Had high hopes for these, but they fell a bit short. They’re comfy and stay in really well, but they are otherwise underwhelming. I really like the case, but I didn’t buy them for the case. The sale price was $30 and that is fair, I wouldn’t have kept them otherwise.

Very good, almost premium earbuds. Stop looking and buy these.
If you’re like me, this is the 6th or 15th set of ear buds you’ve looked at by now, and you are trying to figure out if these are worth the money. They cost enough that they aren’t in the cheapo mix, but not so much that you think they are “premium”. I’ve had a few sets of wireless headphones, and these are easily the best ones I’ve had so far. Though the sound quality isn’t going to be Bose or Beats, they are easily better than any random $25 – $60 pair. The case is pretty cool, though doesn’t fit my pocket great. The battery life is excellent (I used them yesterday in the gym for 1.5 hours, then listened to podcasts for about 4 hours while doing some work, never went below 60%), the range is really good (in the house, they work about 60ft, through a wall, outside, around 150 feet in the open from my phone). The only thing I wish they did better was to be a bit louder. They can’t blow my ear drum like my Beats could, but they are loud enough that I can’t hear anything else in the gym, including the background music. Call quality is excellent, though people say they can hear all of the background nose around me. That’s fine, I didn’t buy them for making phone calls. If I had one major improvement, it would be to improve the volume adjustment control for these. You have to double tap the bud on one side or the other for volume up (right side) or down (left side), not the best method and it’s not super sensitive, so it doesn’t always work. Not a deal breaker for me though. The controls for play/pause, skip, and voice assistant (Google/Siri) are all the intuitive touch controls, on either side.If you’re on the fence, buy them. They are worth the extra money to get away from the cheapo mix.Pros-Awesome sound for the priceVery well built, both buds and charging caseFairly small and light in my earsBattery lifeBluetooth rangeCons-Not a fan of the MFB controls for volumeCall quality not the greatest on the other endCase is round, so doesn’t fit in my pocket greatInstruction book kinda sucks (you can tell it wasn’t written by a native English speaker, has weird grammar and spelling issues)Overall-My needs with headphones are sound quality, Bluetooth range, battery life and durability. These meet all of my standards for the above. I would highly recommend these to anyone. If you are tired of reading review after review, do yourself a favor and just buy these. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been using these earbuds for a couple weeks now and I have to say I’m quite pleased. I misplaced my Monster Victories one day and decided to give these bad boys a go. The airlinks are way better. Years ago I owned a pair of Sennheiser cx bts semi-wirelss earbuds and the experience is very close at almost the same price range. I spent $50ish more on the Sennheiser and they were only slightly better in terms of quality, so these are REALLY good at the current price. The main difference would be microphone quality rather than sound.I listen to music on a regular basis, so I care about sound quality. The earbuds provide a very pleasurable listening experience, block out a significant amount of noise (I won’t hear a truck coming until its practically right next to me and see it at the corner of my eye or a slight turn of the head, and even then its faint. I listen at about 50% volume on avg + wind from riding board at 30km/hr… so pay close attention to the streets and be safe when crossing). Plus, they fit VERY SNUG and tight in the ear. This is probably the best fit I’ve experienced. As a result, I pretty much have to take one out to have a conversation, like when ordering food, pausing the music isn’t enough. They are relatively easy to use, though it may take some practice to get used to the accuracy and time interval for double tapping to use volume controls, as you WILL accidentally pause the music every now and then (single tap). They case is beautiful and high quality. The earbuds look pretty good too.In terms of improvement, the microphone signal is to weak to use for voice calls on a regular basis. A quick chat in a quiet environment is okay, but otherwise I would not rely on these for calling. You can hear perfectly fine, but your conversation partner doesn’t hear you clearly. Your voice comes in at a low and inconsistent level. I would be willing to pay more to have a stronger, more reliable microphone on this pair. Then these would be more versatile, and practically perfect. I already have a designated Mpow headset for voice and video calls, so it doesn’t bother me too much.Connectivity is very simple, you do not have to manually turn them on and off. They turn on and connect when you remove them from the case, off when you put them back. Just don’t touch the flat surface again when they are in and charging. The monster manual doesn’t tell you how to manually turn them on and off, or reset the connectivity (if you want to unpair them and use them as two separate bluetooth devices or repair them to each other), but it can be done by holding them for a long time for power, and even longer for connectivity reset. In general, I’m very satisfied! I was bummed out when I lost my monster victories but now I’m glad they are gone because these have better sound, are truly wireless, and last way longer in terms of battery due to the charging case.If the mic were stronger I’d give 5 stars. My actual rating is 4.5.

I purchased these earbuds two years ago so this review is coming from an experienced user. I should mention that I use these exclusively for jogging. I’ll start with the positives…The sound quality is good. I’ve never had a complaint with how these sound. Keep in mind when I am working out and when I am running outside I don’t need them to be super loud and I don’t need ANC. They just need to perform and play Spotify and they do that well. If I was to rate them on outside jogging sound quality it would be a 4. But really if you’re an audiophile, these are not the buds for you.The waterproofing is great. I’ve ran outside in torrential rain and they never conked out(I had a pair of old Anker buds that did). And no amount of sweat has ever had an effect on them. The fit is great. These won’t come loose or fall out. iPhone wired earbuds never stay in my ears. These do.Phone calls. Nope. These suck for taking calls. You can hear your interlocutor but they will have an awful time on the other end listening to you.Battery is decent. They charge quickly and have many hours of juice in the case. But this is where I ran into my biggest problem…After about a year the charging case started acting funky. First I would put the headphones into the case and they wouldn’t disconnect as they were supposed to. This lead to me picking up headphones ready to go for a run only to find that they would be completely dead… Which sucked. I cleaned the leads. Cleaned the case. Nothing worked. I messaged customer support via the Monster website. No response, that also sucked.Basically the case would no longer keep a charge. The simple solution was always keeping the case plugged in. Which was an annoying workaround as they would often get unplugged accidentally by others. This would then cause the headphones to connect to my phone out of nowhere. Or just drain the battery if I wasn’t in BT range. And then when I was ready to go for a run. Guess what? They’d be dead.I dealt with this for many months because they are good for running and working out. That I hung on to them is a testament to the fact that they do their job well. Unfortunately last month the charging case just completely stopped working, plugged in or not. So now I truly can’t use them. I’ve message customer support yet again. No response. If the case was better then they would get my caveated jogging recommendation. But the fact that they no longer work two years into owning them changes my review to a hard no.

Very well packaged item. I’ve never seen a case like this before. It is very well made and has a very unique look and style. Had these for a week and I am enjoying them. I’ve used them on the treadmill and they don’t fall out. No problems at all. Pairing was super easy. I just pulled them out of the unit and it paired right away. The touch operation includes 1 tap play and pause, double tap to raise the volume on the right side, double tap to lower the volume on the left side, long hold to skip tracks or long hold the other side to skip the other way.Do they sound amazing? Yes, I am happy to say they do. It is by far one of the clearest earbuds I own. The low end is full and extends far. The mid sounds are not muddy. You can hear them loud and clear. The highs are there and sound amazing but not piercing. The sounds are very punchy. The drum sounds are reproduced really really well with these buds. They also have a lot of volume. They are definitely worth buying in my opinion. They will go into my backpack!Pros:- The fit is really comfortable, solid and very secure- They are very light weight- Each charge holds about 5 hours of battery- Set up was super easy- Can use 1 earbud at a time for surrounding awareness- Can make calls, answer calls and listen to music with 1 earbud- The call quality is decent. Its clear and people will have no trouble understanding you.- Touch operations are simple to use.- The sound is amazing! Clear and punchy.Cons:- The case holds 30 hours of battery. Not the longest in the market.

EDIT:My previous experience was pretty bad until the Customer Service came in and helped me with the technical issues and was nice enough to offer me a new pair. The new one has much better sound quality than the first one (not one side quieter than the other and has strong and pleasing sound). Better flexibility when changing from one device to another. Most of my issues are resolved except for the Skype call: it has better sound but still bizarre and having small buzzing sounds (all other platforms are OK). But I think I have to deal with it… Still having hard times with recording on Mac but it seems to be a Mac thing with wireless devices, NOT related to the earbuds itself.=> A good buy for the price. I’ll will see if it lasts long.______*Review on the 3rd day of use*- BLINKING LIGHT:In the first attempts to use, the light was blinking even though I was listening to music, not pairing. I asked the Customer Service and was told to restart the device, Bluetooth, etc. It worked but happened like two, three times the next day. I’m glad that it works fine after restarting but a bit impatient since I had to keep doing over again.- SOUND:The sound is surprisingly mediocre but not necessary bad for listening to music, podcasts, etc. purposes. Maybe I expected a bit more.I’d give a 3.5* for it until I tried using it for my two calls via Facebook and Skype on different devices. The other side couldn’t hear me well and I couldn’t hear them well either, the sound was so off. The FB call on iPad was even worse since my friend couldn’t hear me at all. I ended up switching to either other earbuds or built-in speaker for both of the calls.- VOICE RECORDINGI also couldn’t do voice-recording on my Mac. Every time I tried, it disconnected and then I couldn’t even listen to music. I had to restart after that. Not sure if it was my device or the earbuds. . .- SIZE & FIT:Maybe I should go with the other size since it dropped from my ears few times even though I didn’t even do anything too crazy like workout or running, jumping.- CONNECTION:A bit finicky when changing from one device to another.- DURATION OF USE:As expected. Fast charging.- TOUCH FUNCTION:A bit challenging when adjusting the volume (always pause instead).- CLEANLINESS:Easy to attract dust.BOTTOM LINE:I really expected about this product because I have quite good impression with the brand and the review sounds great. Plus, I’m especially in love with the design of this pair (call me crazy but I even sold my AirPods gift and bought this). The first time thinking about returning a product (I’m normally too lazy for it), most likely because of the bad experience with the quality while on call. I guess I’ll look forward to other future impressive products from Monster, if there’s any.
