update.after a low review customer service contacted us. asking questions and wanting photos.They sent out a Updated replacement with a better made handle.they are pushy for a 5 star review for sending a replacement.We loved this at 1st keeps the mico clean.But it does collect a lot of water from the cook that leaks out on the stove when you take it out..The Big problem is it does not last long.The only handle top mount broke off after 6 months. plus the rim that snaps on is flimsy.Time to look for a better designed one I guess.

This microwave cover is awesome. Having the water reservoir on the lid makes the food moist and delicious. Easy clean up with a paper towel after use and it’s ready to go again. AfterSeveral uses the handle did break loose but the customer service was awesome. Not only were they willing to replace it but set me an upgraded version. This product and the company rocks!

Exceptional Customer Service and excellent communication!!!I really liked the microwave cover, but the handle broke off after only a few uses. I contacted Gracenal Customer Service about the problem, and they immediately sent me a replacement for the microwave cover. The microwave cover was already updated. The microwave cover and the handle were in one piece, which makes the handle very sturdy. I received the replacement super-fast. I wish all Customer Services to be as great, as Cindy from Gracenal.

The Gracenal Microwave Cover fits over the dish and prevents spatters. The design allows adding moisture when needed; -and I found that, when desired, it also removes moisture if set up without water. As others have reported, eventually the handle broke off and could not be replaced. When notified of the situation, Gracenal promptly replaced the item with the new, improved version. The new version has all the features of the original, with the added benefit of an integrated handle. Highly recommended!

I liked the durability of it. The ease of storage is fine. I just leave it in the microwave. The grip was okay until it broke. Ease of cleaning like anything else, wipe out or soap and water. The appearance is okay. It does it’s job. Value of it overall is good just handle needs improvement.

This item broke so fast. The quality of it is just pure crap. It was easy to clean, and the parts were easy to remove so they could be cleaned as well. This was a good size and covered majority of items that needed to be heat up in the microwave. This couldâve been a really good functionality But sadly, it held ton of moisture on the inside. The handle is too thin and will crack right off! Thought it was a fluke but after the third time, I realized itâs a major flaw.

Schon nach etwa 20 Tagen hat sich der billige Plastik-Griff gelöst, sodass man die Abdeckung nicht mehr normal anpacken konnte. Gester hat er sich dann komplett gelöst und die Abdeckung ist meiner Freundin ins Gesicht gefallen und hat sie verletzt! Dabei ist der untere grüne Ring (wo das Wasser aufgefangen werden soll und man es abgieÃen kann) auch direkt kaputt gegangen, sodass man die Abdeckung gar nicht mehr benutzen kann. Absoluter Fehlkauf!
