I use this product in my medical medium smoothies. It’s much more cost-effective than the supply that the medical medium recommends. And I really enjoy it. If you’re wondering the difference between barley grass powder and barley grass juice powder, it does smell of different. And it can be lighter in color than the grass. My herbal shop does not carry barley grass juice powder, but it does carry barley grass powder. So I do sometimes use barley grass powder with my smoothies because that is the only thing that fits my budget at the time. But I have no problem with this product, and I utilize it usually with my smoothies.

I have used barley juice powders for at least 35 years. This is one of the best Iâve had. The flavor is good. The powder mixes easily. I did put the powder into glass jars because the zipper on the pouch is difficult to seal. Just put the jars in a dark cabinet. Will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend it.

Product fine, packaging terrible
Nothing wrong with the product. It’s barley juice powder. It comes in a little bag that is a pain to reseal every time. If you squeeze it to get the air out, the powder flies out and you waste a LOT. If you try to gently fold it instead, it takes longer. The powder gets all over the outside and somehow makes it sticky. I’m going to put it into a container with a lid so that I can just open it, scoop out what I need and close it without a big, messy, costly effort. What a pain. Will buy another brand next time

I wanted to add some fiber to my diet, so I chose this supplement. I never thought, not even for a moment that this powder would provide substantial energy. Nothing big, but no jitters, and no belly upset.I take a 1/4 tsp in a small amount of water and gulp it down on an empty belly. Works best for me. Super pleased. Starting Monday (today is Thanksgiving) I will increase my dose to a 1/2 teaspoon. A little increase when I feel comfortable enough till I reach 1tsp. I havenât taken this supplement for very long to see other advantages, but I like this product so much I just ordered their Lions Mane supplement. Iâm hoping that it helps my memory.
