Itâs worth the hype!
I thought this was being over hyped until I tried it myself. First off it came 2 days earlier that initial delivery date. The smell is tolerable, a milder version of chocolate. For me It mixes better in hot liquid but you can have it with even orange juice because it doesnât alter the taste. I can honestly say it has boosted my energy a lot. My girls take it too, the twins are more focused, talking way more(tryna argue their way out of everything lol), I beam with joy just hearing them counting or saying the alphabet 🙂 as for my brain fog, I wonât say itâs completely gone but itâs getting better. Wait, did I tell you the package has enough to serve you for all 365 days!? Yup, the scoop gives you just enough serving for a cup. I think it tastes nasty, but I take it with orange juice most mornings and itâs not too bad. Some days, I even sprinkle it around in a bowl of cereal and barely notice the taste. Itâs not a miracle mushroom that increased my memory like a lot of people on TikTok have said. My best guess is that it reduced my anxiety. I feel more awake and more of how I imagine normal to feel. Just a general happy. I went 2 days without it once, and felt so depressed. Iâm not exactly sure if Iâm dependent on it yet. Itâs been about 1.5 months now since starting. I thought mine didnât come with a spoon at first. Itâs just really hard to find. I was probably taking 2 or 3 times the service size using a teaspoon since the beginning.
