Great socks for a great price
I use these socks for cold weather cycling. I figured I couldnt’ go wrong with the price but these are a very pleasant surprise – soft, warm comfortable – who could ask for anything more! IT was odd getting them in a flat box, and at first I thought they might be too large. But I followed their instructions to run them in the dryer on low heat for 20 minutes, and sure enough, they shrunk a bit and ‘fluffed” out. I wear an 11.5 shoe but I bought XL since socks in “my” size are a little harder for me to put on. They fit perfectly and go over my heel easily.Edited to add – I liked these so much I ordered them again, only with M-L. A lot of things I get off Amazon seem to be sized a bit smaller, but these are sized to fit. Both sets are comfortable and warm, but you should be okay following the size guideTruth be told, these deserve a 5 star rating, but from my past experience, a lot of 5 star ratings are bogus, and a lot of 1 star ratings are rants about something not related to the product. So I look for reviews from 2 to 4 stars. This is a great deal and I’m thinking of ordering more.

WELL MADE, WARM AND COZY
I was worried that the inside of the sock would be a separate lining. Many of those pull out when the sock is removed. This sock is one solid piece and if you need a warm well-made sock, this is it.I was surprised by the quality and the softness of the interior. Many wool socks are not comfortable and are not soft against one’s feet.I would definitely recommend this sock.

Comfortable but Very Tight
Kept my feet warm with light fabric. Very comfortable… on my feet. Overnight, I had a pretty deep groove where the top elastic was far tighter than anyone other than a person who’s lost a lot of leg muscle.Gave them to my husband.

Socks keeps my feet warm but yet to test in sub zero temperature. Elastic grippers keep socks up and they are odor-free. Texture a bit rough (it is wool after all) and too thick for my sneakers. Wish they were thinner!
