Black Seed Oil is similar to Oregano oil, in taste. Not the most pleasant but far from the worst. It does have some good benefits. With the dropper, it doesn’t appear to be secure enough, on the outside part. I’ve had some oil leak out accidentally, because of the rubber bulb part not being fully secure for some weird reason. Other than that, the oil itself is alright. Whatever benefits it provides, I’ll definitely take them. Just be careful how you choose to mix this or take it. Maybe liquid capsules are the way to go, if you don’t want to directly taste the sharpness of Black Seed oil.

I had no idea what to expect. I have psoriatic arthritis and a host of other problems and my joint swelling is healing up like a miracle! I get better and better every day. Saw results after 2 weeks and I was just taking it as a general health booster hoping it would help something and it really did. I have HS and it helps those cysts heal up very quickly, helps the psoriasis on my face calm down and be less red and swollen within a half hour of using it. Not much for fibro, but it still could. I do a dropper full in about an oz of water a day, or put directly on skin- never bothered me and I have super sensitive skin- it doesn’t taste great, but it’s tolerable. Kind of tastes chemicle-ish, like wasabi does, It’s tastes like tea tree oil smells- if that makes any sense. I will keep using this!
