Top Quality Beard Trimmer
I have been using beard trimmers for over 40 years and this is by far the best one I have ever used. I have been using this one for about 18 months and it still works like new. It cuts great, is much quieter than most beard trimmers, and has multiple easy to use adjustment settings, much more so than other beard trimmers I have owned in the past. While expensive, this one is well worth the money.

Its a fantastic beard trimmer.It cuts very well, and doesn’t pull at your hairs.Battery life is solid, and ipx7 waterproofing seems to be holding strong.Maintenance is easy and intuitive, especially if your used to cheaper electric trimmers.The adjustment wheel works is secure and easy to read. Kob has access from two sides for easy adjustment.No real complaints, as others have stated, its probably the best electric trimmer i’ve used.The only thing i’d like to see is a extension to the adjustable head for those us who want to keep a beard a little longer then 10mm.

Great product, but…
This is my second Beard Hedger. The first one I had for about a year and a half and was totally satisfied with the performance. Then for some reason the off/on switch failed. And it only failed periodically, so it was no longer reliable. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don’t have the same issues with this one.

Finally no tugging
I’ve used several different trimmer brands and decided to opt for something new. While there is definite sticker shock with this option, it is really great to NOT have all the guards laying around.My last pair of trimmers (and several others) tug and yank hair out when my beard gets to the more unruly stages. I’m very pleased that even when some of the unruly parts of my beard put up a fight this didn’t tug one bit!My only “complaint” is to be VERY careful when using the blade without the guard. This cuts through hair like butter and unless you’re used to this you may have to get “creative” with any freehanded whoopsie. However even with this being said, again the unguarded blade didn’t tug one bit.

Hands down the best beard trimmer I’ve ever owned
I’ve owned maybe 5 or 6 beard trimmers over the last 15 years. Make no mistake, this is the most expensive, but hands down it’s also the best (that includes competition from Braun, Philips Norelco and Wahl).The quality is the first thing you notice as soon as you unbox it – the feel of the handle and the quality of the blade, even down to the USB charging cable which doesn’t have the usual cheapness you’d expect from an accessory that’s something of an afterthought.The trimming experience is incredibly comfortable – it hasn’t yanked on a hair once (even some of my more expensive previous trimmers were guilty of that). The design of the guard and the quality of the blade means that the process is efficient and effective, even with bits that can be tricky like under your nose, there’s no need to remove the guard and tackle these areas manually. I’ve always had trouble with the “wispier” areas on either side of my jaw, and the Hedger does the best job of any trimmer I’ve owned so far, although admittedly I still need to take it down to zero to finish it up by eye.The battery life is really good. I charged it when I got it, trim my beard every 2 weeks or so (I make that 11 uses), and it’s still on about a third charge.If I had to say something negative, the zipper on the case can be a little troublesome and it takes a few attempts to close it. That’s such a trivial issue, it doesn’t detract from the Manscaped Beard Hedger getting full marks from me.

over the years i have always resorted for the cheaper shavers as i tend to not trim and take care of the facial hair all the time and am ok with the scruffy look here and there. i find that these die prematurely or just do a subpar job. leaving patches and just not giving a nice even shave. this bad boy arrived super quick and right away seemed like a quality product. the packaging was nice and clean and minimal. there are no other pieces that usually get tossed out or just take up space in a bathroom draw that is not big enough in the first place. the unit feels like a quality device. good weight and solid feel. as for the shave. lots of lengths to choose from but i am a 5 o’clock shadow guy most times. this thing nailed it. got all the spots the others usually can’t and left a perfect uniform finish. super happy with the purchase and as it stands would highly suggest this to anyone looking to replace, upgrade or just purchase their first razor. time will tell how long it lasts. will update this if it disappoints.
