Works very well.
I used this for my cat that has severe anxiety and occasionally over grooms herself to the point of causing sores. This is the only thing that would stay on and she seemed to not mind.

ridiculous and unusable
Unless your kitty is a bobcat or lynx or something like that this is too big. I tried to put it on and it went over her neck and head holding her chin up in the air.

Strong and comfortable
It’s working well for my 25 lbs, 8 month old puppy. He needed something to keep him from scratching a wound on his neck and the dog brace was a bit uncomfortable and difficult. This one has a strong Velcro and a stretchy comfortable jersey/T-shirt type material. I’m using children’s neck warmers to keep the wound clean and protect the brace from wound discharge. He aggressively tries to scratch but can not get around it, and doesn’t try to take it off and has no problem playing and sleep in it.

Too darn BIG for average cat
Although the idea is good – this product needs to not only come in various lengths the width needs to also be in sizes. Another reviewer indicated that only a lynx style cat with a long neck could use this itâs too BIG! I was too lazy to return so I cut the item down to size and stitched it close to fit our cat. After that it was fine but you shouldnât have to do a craft product to get it to work!! Nice try but flawed!!!!!!

Does the trick
We bought it bc our cat kept reopening wounds on her neck..this keeps her from doing so. I spray her with wound care solution, I wrap it up with gauze and tape. Then put the collar on so it stops her from digging. My only complaint is that itâs super wide. But super cheap and good quality. She hasnât been able to take it off..not for lack of trying..she can eat and clean herself with no problem.

Jersey material seems comfortable
I love it. My cat is okay with it. She isnât thrilled but I didnât expect her to be, but she doesnât hate it. She doesnât tug at it since the jersey type material is comfortable and the size is good too. Overs it does what I needed it for and it is comfortable enough that she leaves it on.

Wide! – size small, 10lb Shih Tzu
Great in concept but not in execution. Really wide compared to neck girth. Dog has gland removed in neck and need to keep her from scratching at it. The small is a bit too wide, measureed and actually 3.5″ not 3.1, but still needs a bit of redesign.needs to be about a .5-.75 inch shorter in width and just a little longer for circumference.
