Comfortable and functional
I got these to wear when I ride my peloton in the garage.Theyâre not that much different than a regular Bike short so I would have no problem wearing them outside of my house.

Perfect for bike riding
I bought these for my husband, because he rides his bike frequently. The length is great, and provides support around the areas that are needed.

Nice Cycling Shorts
This is a well-padded, quality-constructed, and comfortable pair of biking shorts. The shorts are accurately sized and provide added cushion in the right spots. The shorts also look good without looking lumpy in specific areas. I’m looking at buying these shorts during the off-season.

Very comfortable and great padding
Iâm pretty picky about the type of items that I like but I was very impressed with these shorts. When I first put them on they felt really comfortable. The legs were a little longer than my other pair but they seem to feel more comfortable. I wear them under my MTB shorts so I will not be using the pockets but it is a nice option. After a 2 1/2 hour bike ride my butt bone was not hurting at all. The cushioning is surprisingly really good on these shorts. (Even better than my other pair)Overall they fit really comfortable and have good craftsmanship. The stitching is straight and no loose threads. The rubber lining on the legs help keep them in place. I will definitely be buying a 2nd pair as a back up.

Great shorts, wish they were longer
After a 15 mile bike ride I did not feel butt fatigue or any discomfort. The padding on the butt is nice and thick and protected my butt on the ride. However these are European style, as they sit about 8 inches above my knee cap. If you don’t feel comfortable wearing short-shorts out in public, these may not be for you. Wish they were longer and ended 2-3 inches above the knee cap like most cycling shorts. I think they are longer in the picture, or the model has short upper legs. The material is a good balance between durable and lose/stretchy, but definitely on the lose side, they sat almost flush with my skin with an occasional wrinkle. They also do not hide your goods well, my bulge was very noticeable. If you’re modest, these may not be for you. Otherwise they are a great shorts.

Not the material I was expecting
I like the super stretchy spandex shorts, these are closer to gym shorts material with some stretch. The padding seems nice but just don’t fit me comfortably. I am a larger guy but have other shorts that I prefer.

Breathable, decent padding, deep pockets
The SPEEDCYC bike shorts offer a bundle of practical features and a comfortable fit. The polyester and spandex fabric is breathable and lightweight. The panels are cut to shape the garment to an attractive, athletic fit. The leg cuffs fit comfortably and hold against the leg without irritation. Pockets are 10x15cm, (pictured holding Samsung S23), and the mesh is stretchable so can hold a much larger device. The seams are all stitched uniformly and there are no stray threads or bunched-up stitches. All these factors show an attention to detail.Padding is a soft, lightweight foam which feels spongy but not springy; it’s not memory foam or gel. It’s shaped as a seat, with three tiers of padding, 1/8″ thinnest, 1/2″ near the front, and the bulk is 5/8″ under the hip bones. The padding is positioned to land squarely on the seat. I had expected to find the padding to be inadequate, but instead, it was ample for an easy 45 minute gravel-road-and-swooping-singletrack XC ride on a hardtail. I would opt for shorts with a thicker pad for when going on a long ride over rock gardens and roots. All said, this is a good quality bike short that’s comfortable, has pockets and decent padding. If you’re looking for generous padding, look elsewhere.Photos: pocket w/ phone, closeup of layer of fabric, closeup of padding and stitching.

Good for entry level riders
Offered by the SPEEDCYC Store… This review is for the Menâs Cycling Underwear Bike Shorts 4D Padded Bicycle MTB Liner Shorts Pocket with Anti-Slip Leg Grips. Ordered a size medium as normal and the fit is just about right. Iâm 5â10â / 155 lbs. with a muscular thin fit build. In shorts I normally wear a 31â, size Small to Medium. They do stay in place very well, due to the leg grips. The padding is decent, however it’s not the best for longer rides. Good for the average rider, looking for some extra padding, with a good fit. Priced right for this type of bike short.

I like it. The padding feels comfy and it does the job well. The pockets on the sides are a nice touch

Read the reviews, and looked at the size chart, which helped and they fit perfect and help whilst on a 20 mile ride
JAMES HUTCHINSON –
Very comfortable for bike and even running, so triathletes should give them a thought, the pocket holds the phone well and adaptability for either side storage is a bonus.
Lazaro Galindo –
It’s no so comfortable. To cycling is good.

My husband found these shorts quite good. They are well made, decent material and comfortable to wear. The padding on them is good and he found them true to size as well. Happy with these and the price is reasonable as well.
