Lowered my glucose levels
As an avid baker and dedicated consumer of sweets (can’t help it! ð), I’ve experimented with various sweeteners like monk fruit and agave for baking, coffee, and yogurt. However, monk fruit doesn’t dissolve well in baking, and agave, maple syrup, or honey aren’t suitable for all recipes, nor do I want them in my coffee. That’s when I decided to try coconut sugar. It’s a perfect replacement for brown sugar in baking. Now, I use monk fruit exclusively for baking and coconut sugar for everyday consumption.Before making this switch, my glucose levels were high normal. During my last test, they were significantly lower by 30 mg/dL. This particular product has consistently been of high quality at a great price point throughout the years I’ve been ordering it. It doesn’t alter the taste of any type of coffee (cold brewed, instant, espresso, etc.) or tea. For baking, I wouldn’t recommend using coconut sugar for items that need to stay white (like whipped cream or cheesecake) because it will impart a slightly brown/yellow hue.

Delicous and FRESH!
I’ve been using coconut sugar to replace brown sugar in dessert recipes for years. No one is any the wiser. This brand is outstanding. It’s fresh and organic. The flavor is delicious. This is the first time I’ve purchased this particular brand and am a happy camper. There were no clumps; it’s the perfect texture; not too fine, but not to course. I will continue to purchase this.

Unbleached so it is brown; I love it though! Has an almost molasses hint to it. Well packaged. Can be used to make vegan caramels. Delicious.

I stopped using processed sugars (even âorganicâ cane sugar, which is processed). I had been buying Krogerâs Simple Truth brand: 1 lb for $4.99. Pound for pound, this is a little cheaper and is actually much better. Itâs the only coconut sugar Iâve used that doesnât clump in my glass container. Yes, this sugar has a very, very small hint of a caramel flavor, but it does not change the taste of my coffee and baked goods. Plus, unlike processed diet sugars like Equal, thereâs no aftertaste. I highly, highly, highly recommend this product!Thing: do not confuse this COCONUT SUGAR with COCONUT PALM SUGAR. The âpalmâ has a very strong aftertaste. Again, this is fantastic!
