Damaged from poor packaging
Product came in a box without any protection and there was some major bends that prevented the door to shut properly. Could be an amazing product if the packaging is corrected. Had to adjust it the best I could because I didn’t have time to return before our trip.All 5 of our dogs were able to figure out how to use this within 5 minutes. I recommend using a treat or something that would really interest them to help them learn how to push open the door several times. Our skittish toy poodle even figured it out on the smaller size feeder for a piece of bacon! Make sure to use some sort of pest control product on whatever you have it mounted to especially if you have ants.

Omg this is the best freaking product I could have ever bought for my dogs!!! Now my dogs were scared of the flappy door that keeps the food from being exposed but if your dogs are like mines no need to worry because the doors you can easily take off and put back on. I got the 25lb and it actually holds alittle more than that. They are very sturdy, my dogs love it and eat out with no problem, best thing to get if youâre going on vacation.
